Help Irregular TOMs

Anyone else have this? I am Lcing but I am also 48 this year and I just got over my TOM last week and I have it again. I have been getting it every 28 days without fail for years and the last 6 months i have been getting it like every 20 days now i had not got it for like more than a month and then got it 2 times within 14 days..Is this normal? I do see my OBGYN on this tues..Lisa

Its a great idea to see your gyno, even if just to get an actual medical opinion. I do know that with this WOL, especially in the weight loss phases, there's extra estrogen being released into the body as it burns excess fat, so this can thro your cycle way out of wack. Check with your doc to be sure, but I wouldn't worry in the meantime!

Lisa~ I'm 49, and having the same problem.
I get an ultrasound on May 23rd.
I hope we both will be fine!
