Why is it that....

my TOM only comes when nothing exciting is happening in my life?!!

This really bugs me....like now that I have a trip planned for the 12th, my TOM is NOT here yet! It's usually here between the 5th-7th and I wanted her to be gone by the 12th! So..here we are...the 7th. And not even a hint of her arrival. Does this happen to anyone else? How much do you want to bet that the day before I leave on my trip...she will surprise me!

It never fails....and the worst part of that is the being at someone else's house during that time..I hate leaving pads in someone else's garbage....so embarrassing. Especially because all other women there are way older and don't have periods. *Argh* Times like that...I wish I could wear tampons...so easily disposed of...*sigh*....

*Sigh* I know what you mean. I haven't seen DF in 2 weeks and the prior two weeks I had the stomach flu. TOM was due 13 days ago. It started yesterday and I'm going to see him tonight.

Yep. Happened to me last month. I was expecting TOM around the 12th of March. We were leaving for Mexico on the 20th. I figured, perfect. She should be done and gone by then. When did I get it? The 22nd of course. Smack dab in the middle. Ugh! Of course, this month, I have the signs of arrival so she would be right on time... this month!

Its a curse, I swear.

Ok...it wasn't as bad as I thought It'd be. The realllly funny thing was when she arrived the day before I went to my parents house in NM, and I thought ok, I can deal...besides...I wouldnt see hubby for a week....*perfect* LOL! She stayed her usual 5 days and left(or so I thought~!) and the day my husband returned....so did she!

What a crazy body....Guess I just have to chuckle and let her do her thing....

Count me in! THe year before DH and I got married he was stationed in Japan. I didn't see him for 6 months- then flew to Japan for a week- then it would be another 6 months before I saw him. You can guess the sad part of the story......lol
