Vitamin suggestions
My neice who is trying to get pregnant (I think she has been diagnosed with PCOS as well) was given prenatal vitamins. She was complaing of constat gas problems. She stopped the vitamins and the gas stopped. Any suggestions for vitamins now, do you think taking another brand plus a folic acid supplement would do the same thing?

There are sooooo many options out there, there's bound to be another one that wouldn't cause her the same problems. If she's experimented a bit with the one she's taking and can't get past the side effects, have her call her OB and they'll recommend a new one! FWIW, I have to take mine at night on a full stomach so the... burpin
, can be kept to a minimum and the taste and other side effects occur at night while I'm sleepin. HTH! |
