spotting after ovulation?

I have a normal 28 day cycle. I got my last period on March 9th, I ovulated on march 22 and I started spotting on the 24th. I never spot between periods, Can anyone tell me what this might be? I am not due for my period until the 4th. Thanks for any help.

I've been doing the same thing, and I just got back from the Dr. and she said alot of stress would cause in between spotting and going on and off low-carb.
