Perimenopause?
I have gone with out TOM for 7 months now and the only real effect other than that is I get warm at night not night sweats I do not wake up dripping wet but do get very warm and then cold, also a little depression from time to time but part of it is my life right now and stress I know. The real problem I have noticed is maintaining my weight it is so hard. I gain and lose the same 5 pounds over and over and if I get fed up and say screw it and eat and drink too much on the weekend I can and have gained 10 pounds, yes you read that right 10 pounds in 2 days I then panic of course and do the meat and egg fast for 3 days to get rid of it but still has anyone else gone or is going through this. If so what have you done to control this? I am using good vitamins and natural progestrone cream. Oh and I joined the gym last month and go 5 days a week for a 30 minute work out in the fit room which is set up like curves I am told.
Any help and or advice please. Thank you, |
