Strange but great!

I usually get pretty bad cramps on the day before I get my period and it lasts 2-3 days, some months are worse than others, but I can always tell when it's coming because I just feel bloated and at least a little crampy. This is my 1st period after starting low carb, I started 4 wks ago during my last period and I woke up today with my period but absolutely no cramps or bloating. It seems strange, but it has to have something to do with the low carbing because I never feel this good on the 1st day. Has anyone else noticed this?

It happened with me a few times just like that. After 5 months or so my cycles gor really wierd tho and after researching it seemed my carb and calories were jsut too low and I would have these long drawn out periods that woudl last about 10 days.
I upped my carbs and calories this month and perfect cycle.

Just thought I woudl share that in case this happens to anyone here. Maybe a little tweaking the week before TOM comes.
