Need Answer please

Hi -I have recently lost 70 lbs and am exercising alot more than I ever had ,my tom was a week ago lighter than usual and not as long ,but now a week later I am spotting ,has this happened to anyone?i read things that weight loss and exercise can cause abnormal bleeding but I am worried

My guess would be that youre pregnate if thats a possability. Losing weight definately makes you more fertile if you were over weight. Alot of women have a light period or "different" period and then sopt a week or 2 later during the first weeks. I would check to make sure youre not pregnate and if youre not I would see a doctor, there are alot of problems that can cause this.

To be safe take a pregnancy test and then test again in a week.


Weightloss can mess up your cycles but if you are really worried get in and see the GYN.
