Women Only - TOM question
I have two odd questions to ask:
1. Does your TOM become lighter, heavier or become a shorter cycle during Ketosis? 2. AND does average excercise prolong the TOM or make it shorter? Thanks! |

Hi Maria Lisa~
I keep track of my cycles all year long and noticed that in 2005 when I ate on-plan, my cycles were consistently 25-26 days; when off-plan (
) they were 32-34 days. They are also lighter when on-plan. Basically, I assume that whatever your cycle seems to be like when you're in ketosis and/or eating on plan, that's the way nature intended it. JMHO, of course! ![]() |

This diet stabilizes insulin which is a hormone. In turn, this hormone will affect other hormones until your body adjusts to its own metabolism. This results in screwy periods but it also helps to regulate screwy periods ( PCOS )
