I want to know how much hope I have of getting rid of these babies so that I can wear the skinny strappy bras, and the cute bikini tops and those halters that are fashionable right now...

Tell me how much you weighed before and your boob size and how much you weigh now and your boob size and I wanna know if you wear those tops and bras I'm talking about...


this may be the only thing that will motivate me to stay on plan today... (whatever gets us through the day huh??? )

After loss, long droopy pancake empty 36C
Then breast lift, a PERKY 36C.

I am embarrassed to say that I want my girls to stay just the way they are. Ilove them. I din't have much when I was thin...I don't want them to go away. I know they will but I got to tell ya I have already been checking out plastic surgeons to pick up and put back what I will lose.

The good news for you is I do not know anyone who has lost weight that hasn't lost some boobs.

I started off weighing over 280 pounds and my chest measured 52DD. Now at 175 pounds I measure a 38DD. Yes, I have lost a ton of inches off my chest (I can wear medium and small sized tops) but they are looking like two sad flat tires. I dream of having some type of surgery to resurrect these dead puppies one day!

Mine were a 50 H/I <sigh>

They are now a 36 DD <whoppeeee!!!!>

I think they would have gotten down to a C or D if I had done this before I had children, etc. I am 40 years old with 2 kids

p.s. I just wanted to add that the girls are not saggy or anything. I'm no playboy model or anything, but for a normal lady, they look just great, lol!!! So will yours!

Meyer, has a point in his post!!!!! I just wanted to add that I lift weights and doing those exercises for your pectoral muscles (under the boobs), the shoulders, back, arms all help support what you have so you can look good without clothes, lol! and depending on your size wear those tops, etc.

Myself, I cannot wear halters, strapless bras, small bikini tops, etc. In fact I wear two bras when I run -- even now as a DD. It is kind of a bummer, but at the same time, there are women who go get plastic surgery to have this size chest, lol!!!

It really is hard to tell where you are going to be with that, but you will likely lose breast size if you are overweight - depending on how overweight.

this summer at 215 i wore a 38f. Now at 150is I wear at 36d but they are very droopy and unattractive. I will have surgery to fix thim in 2007 hopefully. I want to stay this size but want them lifted.

I was a 44DD at my highest weight of 235. Now, at 180, I am a 38DD. I would like less also so that I can wear the cute camis etc. I can't. They just don't sit right. The tube sock tennis ball comment above - I hear that.

So, I have lost inches around but, proportionately, the boobs are the same size. I will have to revisit this when I get to goal (150s).

I'm 52 EEE, probably. From using weights and some WL, I can flex the pecs under the flab and see them move. Shoulders beginning to define.
I notice tennis pro gals had 'em up there. From overhead serving?
So I am using stretch-spring mechanism over head and behind back (and weight bench) to pull 'the boys' up. Hopefully, after losing some more wt. the pecs will be macho instead of misso.
Now, about that Before/After gallery...........tennis anyone?

At 170 I was a big 36C. I nursed two kids, and now that I've lost weight, I am a 34C and they are flat as a pancake. They have lost all perk. When I'm done having kids, I think I need breast implants.

I am in the breast aug queue. I want the perk back. And now they are just laying there in my cute bras instead of spilling over. Its kinda depressing really. Like they have snuggled in for a long winters nap. Taking my bra off has the same effect as Rapunzel letting down her hair.

Before: 180 and squashed into a 36DDD
After: 130 and a 36D

Still need to wear 4 hook bras due to southward going issue So unfortunately no halters, tank tops, etc. Bathing suits are an issue due to poor support. I really need to have a lift but that is not in my future...

I did not lose a ton off my chest until the last 20 pounds...

At 225-240 busting out of 42D, now at 158, I would imagine 36 nearly C - my 38 C bras are too big both around and in the cups. Or for the visual - from a 42D to a 36 LONG.

This is the one place where the tape measure hasn't moved . 40D and no change so far. Everywhere is shrinking so my boobs look even bigger! I'm hoping for some shrinkage although DH is praying they'll stay as they are

Weird........but i didnt stop growing until after 16 years of age, couldnt imagine what they would be if I didnt have a breast reduction

honey start watching cuz i think ur dh is making deals with the scarey dude downstairs... things to look for??? him spitting out projectile pea soup...levitation while in bed (and um no i'm not talking bout "certain parts" levitating i mean whole body levs...)...and of course for the trifecta the head spinning around in 360 motion pretty much confirms it!

I've always loved being a 34D - which is the size bra I'm wearing now. When I was pregnant with our son and post-pregnancy, I was a 42DD.
