Never heard of the cocoa thing.
Lots of water and ground flax works for me. On the rare occasion where it doesn't I take a fiber supplement pill then progress to a Senna lax. Good luck to ya, I know that ain't much fun ![]() |

I want to post more on this tomorrow when I am more awake, as this is a very serious subject for me, but I'm too sleepy now to type.
My daughter was born with Hirschsprungs Disease, which basicaly means she had dead cells in her intestines which prevented her from pooping. So she had to do enemas for all her young life. MOM means milk of magnesium. MAGNESIUM. But there are so many supplements of magnesium out there, I think it is magnesium citrate that you can take and it makes you regular, but I have to look it up. |

I found that Dieter's Tea is the best! It's all natural, the active ingredient is Senna. It works best if taken before or with breakfast (for me anyhow)

I use Laci Le Beau Super Dieter's Tea. I get it at Albertsons.. but have seen it many places. It's pretty common. Look in the health food section or diet section of the store. It's really awesome. Be sure to drink it with breakfast or before, I found that works the best. It can work pretty quick too, so be ready

This may sound silly and you have to be careful not to overdo it but my sister and I found that if you pick your favorite carbolite candy bar or another candy bar of your choice that uses maltitol or a similar sugar alcohol, you won't have the problem for long. Word of caution: eat one and be patient ----- don't eat more, the pain is intense!!!

two simple remedies:
1. Mix one teaspoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of lemon juice. this helps in about an hour or so 2. One teaspoon of dark Karo syrup when all else fails one small glass of warm prune juice ALWAYS does the trick, and in about 20 minutes flat ![]() |
