The only thing that has ever worked for me is low carbing, regular exercise, multivitamins and Omega 3-6-9 supplements. I've always had horrible PMS.

I've been taking evening primrose oil orally and Emerita progesterone cream topically for about six months now, and it has made all the difference in the world. I no longer have the pre-bloat and tenderness and very few if any cramps during. The last two months, I was even "surprised" when TOM arrived since I don't really keep up with it. No more midol for me. By the way, back when I was having bad cramping, extra calcium supps. seemed to help tremendously.

This is from someone who was ready to BEG the doctor to do a hysterectomy just to stop it.
