recanalization - anyone ever heard of this?

Hi ladies- I'm posting here with a question for anyone that has had breast surgery of any kind and then attempted to breastfeed - I asked in the breastfeedind thread and Luna thought it would be a good idea to ask all of you - here goes - I had a pretty tough time breastfeeding my daughter (she's 2 now and she self weaned at 9 months). Anyway, I had 2 benign tumors removed from one of my breasts years ago and I was told that I would always have problems nursing (if at all on that breast) - My question is this. Has anyone heard of recanalization? And if so, do you have any info on this or know where I could find help on this? (besides LLL) thanks in advance
