I'm guessing you use (or have used) birth control pills?

Part of the hormones of BCPs is stored in body fat, so when it starts melting they're released ... like taking birth control pills for extra days.

your tube could of found their way back to each other.. Having them tied means nothing.. I would go take a prego test just to definially rule it out..

Sometimes Mother Nature "forgets or ignores us." Things to help move you along. Take vitamin C several times throughout the day. Make tea out of parsley. Drink this stuff throughout the day and right before bed. Tried and true....it will get Mommy Nature off her butt.

take a preganancy test - but I found when I started Atkins my periods came early, late, heavier, lighter etc. I'm not sure why - but have noticed others on the board with similiar complaints.

I had the same thing happen to me last summer. I went a whole month without TOM coming. Took 3 pregnancy tests just to make sure.... Now I have TOM every 3 weeks instead of 4. ewww!!!

Get a pregnancy test anyway, please. If you are pregnant, you have a much higher rate of ectopic pregnancy, which can be life threatening if not treated appropriately. It's not as rare as you'd think. It happened both to my SIL and my Aunt and both needed surgery to deal with it.

My TOM was always as regular as clockwork until this WOE. For a few months after starting LC my TOM was very unpredictable. I have never taken BCP's. After a few months it got back to "normal". I have found that since LC'ing that my PMS comes with RAGING moodiness. Sometimes I cannot stand myself!

Carbbaby, just a reminder that if you are/were a birth control pill user, this can repeat itself ... just so you don't get nervous.
