Hey Luna, I thought I'd help ya out and start this weeks thread for y'all. I tried to clean it up a bit by removing the ladies that jumped ship and adding the lurkers and the TTC ladies from the other threads (I don't want to lose that list! ). There are a few ladies that haven't been on for a while, but not long enough to take them off the list. I will go ahead and send them a pm.

This group might be a bit small for a while, but I'm sure it will grow again as there are always ladies getting preggo! Plus we are easier to find than when we were on the Maintain Lane. I know that I really appreciated and enjoyed sharing with other pregnant ladies and I'd hate to see this thread disappear. I would love to lurk and get to know you ladies so that when I get pregnant and join the thread again it will be neat to have followed your story up until the end.

Thanks again Luna for keeping this thread alive!

Ames, I hope this thread stays alive too! I like having somewhere to go to vent and get advice. Hopfully our lurkers will stop being so shy and start posting!

Well, my plans to do the nursery this weekend didn't pan out. *pout* I ended up in the feild raking hay all weekend, including today. I did manage to get groceries this morning though... the grocery has BAD produce on Sunday! Ugh, talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel, but I managed to find stuff decent enough for the week. Will be in the field tommorrow too, probably everyday until Thursday actually. Maybe next weekend I'll get the nursery done. I told DH today we need to get moving, we really don't have all that much time left... especially if when we are all done we notice something we have forgotten and have to order it.

One thing I haven't picked up yet is a diaper recepticle. Any recommendations? I hear Diaper Genie is good, anyone used/have one? It isn't cheap so I don't want to waste money if it isn't better than the rest of them.

I know we have enough clothes for her... geeze, she has a wardrobe! DH keeps getting a little outfit or two when we go to town. I keep telling him ENOUGH, but he just says 'it was too cute not to buy'. I finally convinced him if he sees something he absolutely likes he can pick it up in a size 3-6m, and no more newborn or 0-3months. LOL, Do I have the only hubby who loves to shop for kid's clothes!?! I did notice today though we only got her one little dress, the rest are all sweatshirts/sweaters w/ pants, or jumpers. He is already talking about a special Christmas dress and how cute they all are. And here I thought he might be a little dissappointed we weren't having a boy this time.

Well, it is really late and I still need to go take a bath... god I love my baths lately, some lavander bath bubbles, a good book, nice warm, quiet tub... HA! Guess I better enjoy it while I still can

Hope everyone is had a good weekend!

Good morning ladies. I am sad to see most of the ladies gone from this thread. Although I lurked a good majority of the time, I really enjoyed reading and following everyone's pregnancies.

I was on the TTC list for a long time and actually found out that I was pregnant again in May of this year (after our loss in December). I am now 15 weeks pregnant and would love to be added to the pregnant list again.

I wish you all the healthiest pregnancies and I hope to see more pregnant gals around here.

Good afternoon everyone.

Jai- how awesome that your husband is that excited! Mine is too although he is not a clothes shopper for ANYONE. I can't believe you are out raking hay and I am worrying about carrying groceries!
AZ - congrats on 15 weeks into this pregnancy! Glad to hear things are going well.
Mary - good luck with your u/s tomorrow. Are you going to ask what you are having, boy or girl?
HI Ames, Dal, Becca and Dar

Things are going great here. It would be nice to be able to breathe a little easier, seems baby is resting on my lungs or something! But otherwise ,tons of exciting movements and each Doc appt (2 wks apart now) tells me I am measuring right on and heartbeats are great. I can't believe it's getting so close. Just 4 weeks of work left now.
Hope everyone has a great day.

Jai-I absolutely love haying. I get my best thinking done. And singing for that matter. Pop in a CD and nobody can hear how bad I am.

Val-Glad you are feeling well. There were times with DS's pregnancy that I wondered why I made the trip to the doctors office. They always told me the same thing! I had to remind myself that it was important to check my BP and for protein in urine.

Kaci-Well said.

I like reading and learning things from you other ladies, even if I don't post every day. Thanks for the info.

Jackie - I know what you mean about the Dr Appts seeming redundent, but I too know it's important. Plus I love hearing the baby's heartbeat and being told everything is going great.

Hello everyone! Last day shift today, I'm so glad! 2 more night shifts this weekend and I"m officially done!! I"m so tired of working, it's been so quiet here the days just drag on. Thankfully I"m working with a couple of real fun girls today so maybe it'll go a bit faster.

Jai - too bad about the nursery, hopefully you can get to it this weekend! It's so nice that your dh is that excited! Mine is just kind of there, hasn't bought anything but keeps making sure I have!!

AZ - Congrats! I hope everything is going well for you, how are you feeling?

Mary - good luck with the u/s - keep us posted!

Val - 4 weeks of work left, wow! Feels good doesn't it? I hope they go faster for you than it did for me!

Hi to Jackie, t3uf3l (sorry, don't know if I know your real name lol!) and LGS!! I hope everyone gets added back and we can get back to normal!

It feels good but scary. A big adjustment ,but a good one. The weeks have actually been going so quickly. Congrats on finishing up at your work! You must be relieved to get back to a normal life with your hubby and kids, well as normal as possible with baby about to arrive.

Thank you everyone for the congrats. I am really excited. We have a DS, who will be 5 in October. He is so excited about having a little brother or sister around.

Smilin Mary- Good luck on your ultrasound tomorrow. Are you going to find out what you are having?

Jojolw~ I am feeling fine, thank you for asking. I had morning sickness up until 11 weeks and then it just stopped. I am feeling wonderful now.

Dar20~Nice to see you. I lurked when you were pregnant. Amazing how fast time flies by.

Hello to all to come.

Val - HA! My dh is going to be so lost when we're home for good! He's been a bachelor for the past couple of months, with me and the girls staying in town with my in-laws and his staying home. He's had lots of golf time and free time alone! Oh well, he's had enough fun!

AZ - I"m glad your morning sickness has passed! I was sickness free this time, but my poor SIL is expecting in November and was sick for the first 5 months. I felt so sorry for her!

Actually having a busier day than I expected! MAybe time will start to fly.........................anytime now...................oh well!

Who decides which members stay on the list and which don't? I've been posting a few times a week like I always have, and I've been taken off.

Sorry guys... this will be a quickie.

I am getting really ill this go around. Each week is getting worse. I have an autoimmune disease and I have had non stop symptoms this time. I am really afraid if it stays at this pace or gets worse I will be on bed rest soon.

Just wanted to say thanks for getting this going and hello and good luck to everyone! I will try to get back on in the next two days!

Oh Luna, I'm sorry to hear. I have rheumatoid arthritis and everybody said pregnancy would put it into remission - They lied!!! Add the hyperemesis on top of that and it was sheer misery. I hope you get to feeling better and can avoid bedrest. Best wishes!

Hopefully next month will be the one Pauline... richard and I have been discussing when we're going to TTC again... so far we still think next June is when we'll start, but I'm not sure... part of me wants to start sooner, and part of me wants to not TTC at all... I'm so in love with kayden I can't imagine bringing another baby into everything... but, I also want to be pregnant again so badly... I love being pregnant... I'd love to be a surrogate, but due to my weight I know I don't qualify to be one. I think I do have Richard on board for an UC next time... I will be getting prenatals though with a midwife again, probably the same one that caught Kayden unless we do manage to get out of Phoenix... so unless the baby is posterior again I'll be going it alone... well, probably with a friend here for support, but no midwives ~smiles~ That excites me, but then I start thinking how I would be cheating Kayden out of my time and stuff... argh! I'm so torn!

Honestly, next Sunday when the thread is started, I think we should forget the list.

This is a place for the newer mommies, the preggos and the TTC. If older mommies want to comment that's fine too.

Great idea! This trhead always has included those TTC all the way through babies up to 3 months old... that's when people were dropped off the list... not immediately at birth... sheesh... if the list is causing this many problems then get rid of it.
