Well I am still around, I just lurk and don't post much.

Feeling fine physically, except for sciatic nerve issues but those won't go away until baby is born. Other than that really am not having any aches and pains. I am still not gaining any weight... which is a little nerve wracking, but nice at the same time. My OB isn't worried and has told me he is thrilled I am doing so well with weight. I will actually weigh less after delivery than I did before conceiving... which is a nice thought. I initially lost 16lbs in the first trimester and have gained 3 of those pounds back. So weird. So, still no maternity clothes for me... I am thinking I will need to get out the stretchy jeans in the next few weeks though since my regular ones are getting a little snug on the tummy.

Emotionally this is a rollercoaster out of control. Most days I am pretty good, but other days are unbearable. I worry myself into crying fits and have near fainted from hyperventilating a few times... panic attack, I think...not good I know.

Dh and I are planning on getting the nursery all painted and set up this weekend so I will post pix when it is finished. I am starting w/ removing baseboards and window trim this afternoon so we can paint this evening. I also have to get busy and sew curtains, may do that today also, we'll see.

Well I have to go clean my house now, will try to post again later on.

I really hope this thread doesn't die. I know a handful of girls have moved on and that is too bad. Don't be afraid to come out of lurkdome and be part of the group preggo ladies!

Jai - I can't imagine not being in maternity clothes yet. It seems so strange. I've already outgrown a couple of hand-me-down pants and tops. You'll pop out there sometime though. As long as you and baby are healthy though, that's what counts!

I'm here! Just can't get to the computer at home, too much other stuff to get done when I've been gone for 4-5 days!

Grace - sounds like a fantastic vacation! I'm jealous, I've done nothing this summer except the odd day at the cabin, which, with 2 kids is not really relaxing! I figure in another few years maybe grandma and grandpa will be willing to take the kids for a long weekend so dh and I can get away together! Our 10 year anniversary is in a couple more years, so maybe we can swing it then!

LGS - glad the u/s looks good! I know how relieving it is to see the baby moving and the heartbeat pumping when you can't feel the baby moving all the time. As far as the dreams go, strangely, I haven't had a whole lot of dreams I remember this time! I had a few strange ones with the girls, but if I'm having them this time I don't remember in the morning!

Louise - good for you for taking a sick day Friday! At least you didn't stress yourself out by going to work and trying to get everything else done too! Sometimes I think we all deserve a few days like that every year! Glad your 16 week appointment went well!

Jackie - your ds sounds like my dd! Funny how kids that age are about bodily functions, Syd's current fascination is burping, over and over and over!!

Jai - sorry to hear you're having such an emotional time. I can understand it, although I've never experienced it quite that intensely. I hope you start feeling better soon

So I had my 36 week appointment on Tuesday, doc says I could be ready any time, although I'm not sure I believe much of what he says! He did apologize, though, for telling me not to have this kid before Sept 1st. Someone else must have beaten me to giving him an earful, because as soon as he walked in the room he apologized and said he was only kidding. At least he was sincere! I also have a bladder infection, so I am on antibiotics now, too. And to top it off, i've got a touch of the flu! BUT, that being said, I did get the cradle ready, bedding put in and ready to go, all the unisex newborn clothes washed and put away, and the carseat cover washed and ready to go! All I need now is a baby!

I hope we can keep this thread going! I know I was MIA for months, but now that I"m back I don't want to lose it!

Hello, my name is Mary and I am 20 weeks pregnant. My due-date is Jan.5, 2006. This will be my 3rd child. I have a 10 and 7 yr. old girls, who are looking forward to the new addition.

I had the worst issue with sciatic last pg too!

That's cool that you staying trim!

And I am having a roller coaster too this time around... I feel your pain!

Ok it appears the majority of the ladies jumped ship also on here.

Since there are not many of us left... I am willing to keep a thread going. Maybe a monthly would be better until there are alot more moms on? We can still post due dates and change them monthly. Being able to keep up daily is nice but it can get hard for most of us!

Or if anyone else wishes to keep it up daily or weekly that is ofcourse fine also!

I will wipe the moms from the top and only put the ladies on that post that they are still around and want to be here. If that is cool with everyone left!
