Has this ever happen to you? (personal)

I cheated on my diet from Thursday-Monday and today I woke with a terrible UTI. Has this ever happen to anyone and do you know why this happens? I guess that's what I get for cheating!
On top of that~ I gained back 4 lbs.

not a UTI I dont think I have ever had one of those and I am glad I havent according to friends and family with them they arent fun! I did get my first yeast infection in a very long time though blah! shows you that what you thought you were missing out on truly isnt whats good for your body!
