Morning Girls!

I'm suffering from my usual insomnia, so I thought I'd get us started out for the weekend. I read Friday's thread & I think the list is a great idea! I hope it's okay; I added the dates that were missing & also put them in order by month (although, I'm not sure of all of the days, so some may be out of order within the months. )

Here are some pics from our trip to Busch Gardens yesterday; we had a ball!

Morning Martha!!

Well, I woke up to 271 again so I claimed the 2 lbs. Going today to get my new workout tennies and the dog to get a manicure. Elana's up and chattering away.

I went to make Elana's bottle this morning and guess what was sitting on my counter....doughnuts. DOUGHNUTS LADIES!!! Hubby's got some explaining to do for bringing the worlds greatest temptation for me into the house!

Chelle- No doughnuts.......Gosh, that would be evil in this house also. Great on the 2lbs, keep up the work and you'll see 250 in now time!!!!

Well, Hunter is walking short distances a bit, but is still wanting to crawl most of the time. I guess it is a beginning :-) Andrew tried to get him to walk in WalMart last night and he wanted nothing to do with it.

Okay, so the gate is only around the cat box now, so Hunter can go right up to the TV. I don't like him watching the t.v. from about 2 inches away, does anyone have any pointers? I keep moving him to his chair, and then he'll stay for a few and next thing I know he is back in front of the T.V.

We went to the pizza place for dinner last night. I figured Rob deserved it, ya know? I got a meat roll and just ate the insides. No plan for food today, yet.

Melissa, sorry about the tv watching dilemma. Maybe if there were consequences to him moving right up to the tv? Turning it off after he goes back up to the screen? I used to do the same thing when I was a kid... Wonder why? Maybe you need a bigger TV!

Good Morning ladies...

I love the pictures...

Well just when I thought I was safe...I started spotting again..

But no cramping..and no change of color...so..we will just wait until Wednesday to see if the baby is ok.

We did get some good news though...finally found some good car insurance that we can afford. So we are definitely in the market for a new vehicle. We are looking at getting a 2005 Nissan Xterra...of course hubby wants the Off Road
4 x 4. We are going to look at them today. I am pretty excited about it. Our little Saturn is getting too small for us now. lol

Diedre- Luckily he doesn't stand there for long periods of time, but I don't think it can be that good for him in general. If this house situation works out, our TV will be down in the basement den and we will be using our friends in the livingroom...he has one of those nice hanging on the wall TV's...so I guess Hunter will be farther away from the TV then.

Gosh, you know what I just realized, if we move, I'll have to find another pediatrician for Hunter....it will be his 3rd. The first one I loved, but didn't take our new insurance, this one is just as good as the first, but will be 40 mins away and I'm not sure I like that if we are planning on moving further north when we get our own house in a couple years....

Lara- Abby will get used to the bath....give it a bit more time. Now, everytime Hunter hears the bath water running he thinks it is bathtime for him!

Diedre- We should know next week if my friend is able to "afford" it and then I think it will be around September 1st that we will get the official word if it is a go or not. After September 15th would be when we would move in more than likely, but that is subject to change, it is a possibility that it might be earlier. September 15th is the magic date for no brokers fees.... so it is still a waiting game. We are all acting like it will all work out because there is so much to "get done"....this weekend Andrew and I are staying home and getting a bit more done around here. Going thru stuff, throwing out, cleaning up, etc. It is much harder with an almost 15 month old messing up everything you just cleaned!

Not sure what else. DH wants us to drive 2 hrs up to his work so his co-workers can see the baby and then go out to dinner. I just don't think I have time for a 4 hr round trip and the party tomorrow. What a PITA.

Good morning ladies. Whoa, I'm tired!! Didn't get home from going out til 4:30 this a.m. We went out to a later dinner. Then went to Karaoke (sp) til 2 a.m. then went out a friend's house for a pool party. I STAYED ON PLAN THE ENTIRE TIME...and only had one rum/diet coke at the karaoke and a low carb Bicardi Black Cherry at the pool party! Then..you know how ya feel after ya have fun and are all relaxed from a little alcohol....so needless to say hubby and I didn't get to be til 5:30...and then I got up with kids at 9:00! I'm definately takin a nap when they do today!!

Chelle-WOOOHOOO...we need pics of your new tennies girl!! You better not cheat while you're "about the town!" I hope things are going better with you and Knowles!!

Melissa-Oh, man, I so know what you mean about trying to clean up and little kids just bein around you! It is soooooooo hard!! Especially if you are trying to pack, they love takin things out of boxes!!

Diedre-Great pics of little Audrey. She is sooooooo adorable!! Great job on "getting some!!" A friend last night told me that her and her husband just went 5 months without havin any and I just can't imagine. If something ever happened to my husband and I had to wait a long time to ever have it again I wouldn't know what to do!

Vanessa- DH has to go where the bad credit people are most abundant. LOL He is in special finance so the bad cities are the best. I don't want to live anywhere near Camden or Trenton NJ. We have alot of family here too so we don't want to move. His work tried to pay us to though. LOL

Ladies, I am having the TOM from He L L. I can't remember if this is normal or not. I'm bleeding A TON. Like soaking overnight pads. This is the first since Luke was born.

I know how the family thing is, Becca. We moved over here (1 1/2 hrs) from where I grew up all my life and it was so hard for me to move away from my family. Jared could have commuted but the chances of him getting into an accident from being so tired were very high. Plus, our relationship was suffering from him being gone so much...so I made the sacrifice to move. I really miss my family but our relationship is much better now that I've moved...I can really tell that Jared appreciates the sacrifice I made!! Oh, BTW, not saying you should move...just that I've been there!!
