Way too much time on my hands!
|
I had a horrible time the past week and a half...it was really rough!! My boobs HURT when I took my bra off to have a shower! I don't always get PMS this bad but it sucks!

B-6 is great for bloating--but you need to take it in combo with a multi-B, timed-release.
All B vit's are washed through us with water, so take often or use timed-release. Also, a combo of calcium and magnesium are supposed to be helpful with cramps and mood swings. |

I'll never go without Primrose Oil again EVER. I started taking this 3 months ago. My next 2 cycles were almost painfree, and regular. Last TOM was painful including the 2 weeks prior (normal for me unfortunately). I do think it's making a huge difference, especially in bloating & pain & tenderness during TOM.
