It is a nightmare trying to get a doctor's appointment when you have to use an air force doctor.

My throat is killing me and I'm afraid its the beginnings of strep. I'm going to have it checked out sometime today. If it is, I can't go see Spencer until it clears up.

Mandy, I hope you can see a doctor and feel better soon!

Have a good weekend everyone! I'm a little worried about sticking to my goals this weekend, but I'll do my best.

After I mowed the lawn last night, it totally kicked my a$$ and I was SO hungry and exhausted that I was craving a grilled cheese sandwich out of the blue!! Gah.. Well, dinner was a salad and pork chop, so no worries! There's no bread in the house, anyways. Just weird to have a craving like that.

Woo Hoo, Chelle! Now, step away from the cornbread and all will be well!

Melissa, those pictures are adorable.

Morning Girls!

Melissa~ Adorable pictures! I hope you guys are having a wonderful weekend!

Chelle~ 7 lbs is outstanding; you are awesome!

Mandy~ I understand the doctor situation! I hope you're able to get in soon & that you're well enough soon to see Spencer!

Dar~ You're doing so great, I know you can stick to your goals this weekend!

Not sure what we're doing today, so I may not be around much. Watching a movie right now (DH borrowed several movies from one of his soldiers & we have some from Netflix too.)

No menu planned yet for today, but I definitely see a salad in my near future!

Oh, weight today is 209.0, so that's a total loss of 7.4 lbs for the week! I'm terrified of gaining over the weekend, so we'll see how it goes.

If I'm not back in here today, I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Emily and Chelle, if you guys stick to eating clean, I seriously doubt you'll gain anything! You'll probably keep losing, you just jump started your metabolism.

I just realized I have no green tea in the house. It's all at work!

I wish I had access to the camera right now. Alison ate her breakfast, then fell asleep while being burped. I laid her down on the boppy and she's curled into me asleep. It's so adorable.

I seriously just can't believe it's raining again. Thank goodness I mowed last night.

Dar~ Are you drinking the green tea or doing supplements? I think I'm going to buy some over the weekend, I used to love drinking it before I was pregnant (I read that it's not good to drink while pregnant - after I had been drinking almost a half-gallon of the stuff a day up until I was around 9 weeks along! ) Sorry 'bout the rain, hope it clears up soon!

Chelle~ I am just dying for a salad from Ruby Tuesday - I l*o*v*e their salad bar!

Dierdre~ She's just beautiful!

So, my DH is in the kitchen making breakfast right now - LC French Toast. Since he's going to so much trouble & making breakfast (which he rarely does) guess I'll eat one piece & make up for it the rest of the day. And that's my confession of the day.

Aw, Emily, that's awful sweet of him! I'm drinking green tea. I have no idea what amount really helps boost the metabolism. I only drink about 30 ounces (on one tea bag). I used to drink Arizona's diet green tea with ginseng alot before getting pregnant (and a bit during until I learned the same warning!). But it has honey in it. Did you know that?

Ok, finally having breakfast.. sauteed mushrooom/cheddar cheese/scrambled eggs. Mmmm!!

Lil' bit is grunting in her swing. It's about poopie time! Later, girls!

Melissa- It looks like you're from such a nice place! Really pretty..

Mandy, I'm so sorry you 're not feeling well.. Is there anything they could do for you at the hospital? I can't imagine that they wouldn't not want you around Spenser and that they would do whatever they could for you. Sending you get better quick vibes!

I'm next in the rain chain Dar & Michelle! 70% chance, but I've got a big cell headed towards my house as I type.. Ick! Did you see where they closed 2 beaches yesterday because of sharks? And that ladies, is why I DO NOT go in the ocean past my ankles. Thank goodness I watched Jaws when I was in 6th grade. I love that Bud commercial "Mr. Paranoid of the Ocean Guuuyyy"

Congrats on the 7.4 pounds Emily, and your 7 pounds Chelle! That's awsome!!! Isn't 10 pounds one dress size?

Everyone is doing so awsome!! You all are truely inspiring. Thanks for being so honest all the time, it spurs me on to be better.

I realized that I've been telling everyone that Audrey's only 4.5 months, but I realized last night that she'll be 5 months on July 9th. Holey Moley!! Where did the time go??

Dierdre

nyanchan-she is so precious! I love that outfit on her.

Well, it isn't strep, but the doctor said I should probably avoid the NICU today b/c 95% of all sore throats are caused by some sort of virus. He said I should be good to go by tomorrow though. This will be the first day since Spencer was born that I haven't been up to see him.

I'm gonna go nap for a bit.

So sorry Mandy

What a day I've had...and I feel like POO!! Had Elana all morning, then when Knowles woke I got him motivated to go to WalMart early (PJ bday shopping) if we went out for brunch. I did great, ate a sausage/egg omelet with a side of bacon and drank water. So we go to WalMart, get everything we need, head to the baby stuff for Elana's formula (their brand) and they're OUT. How can you be out of something so important that only you offer?!?!?! So then we had to run to the other WalMart north of us (the nasty redneck one) to pick it up.

We finally get home and Knowles takes Elana to our room in her bouncer....while watching TV and eating beef jerky. Leaving me to vacuum and steam clean the carpets (had to do it before she starts crawling!!). Just as I finish...back aching, tired and hot....he says "here she is, I'm going to bed". Arrrgggggg

I know this isn't HIM...it's the schedule...but DAYUM it pissed me off!! All day he's like "you'll have tomorrow"....BS!! I have laundry tomorrow.

I think we should declare a national "Hubby's must do everything and take care of the kid" day.

Yanno what I just realized....I have 175 as goal at the moment because I have NO IDEA what this body would be like at that weight. While yes that goal will probably be lowered once I get there....I just realized that with this weeks losses...that makes me LESS than 100 lbs. away!!

WOO HOO, Chelle! It's so great to see you feeling so good! Well, despite icky husbands. As I type, Rob is de-fuzzing our couch cushions, which he washed in the laundry this morning while he vacuumed! Woo!

This weather sucks!

Mandy, I'm so sorry you can't see Spencer today, but thankfully it's not strep!

Well, right now we have sun in our yard.. but lots of ugly clouds looming around. At least it's stopped raining for now.

Chels, you haven't heard from him at all? Personally, I'd be scared but pissed. And when you do hear from him, just be pissed.

I'm with Dar....I'd be scared now something has happened. Common decency, especially since you are home with his child, to call!!! But I'd be hella' pissed once he walked in that door!

*grabs kindle to build him a doghouse*

OK anyone take Tylenol PM before? I have a question regarding what if you use it to simply sleep soundly for 4-5 hours vs. 6-8. Would you wake groggy and feel like you couldn't function?

Chels, I wish I had some advice for you.

Chelle, I only take it when I can devote a full night to sleep. I have trouble waking up when I take it.

Was trying to find something he could take to sleep longer.

God Chelsea

Wish I had some advice to give you....after not seeing signs in my first marriage, I want to tell you to listen to your instincts. However, most women immediately jump to the wrong conclusion. Definitely talk to him about it, find out who it was...why he was calling at that hour, etc. Make sure that all questions in your mind are answered thoroughly or you won't get past this.

First and foremoest...you have to find him!!
