Carb count and pregnancy

Hi. I have been low carbing for a while and am on OWL at about 40-45 carbs a day. My husband and I are trying to have a child. What is the ideal amount of carbs for a day when you are pregnant? I am just curious. I do not want to gain mega weight with a pregnancy. On the Atkins web site they say between 70-90 for a pregnancy. Thanks.

I think as few as it takes to keep you out of ketosis to as many as you want to eat is the ideal for carbs. The number to keep you out of ketosis varies for everyone.
