We barebacked a 41 foot boat out of Nanaimo. It was the most fun I have ever had. I just love being out on the water and it is amazing how little civilization you run into up there. I am SO jealous. We thought about going sailing again this year, but August is a bit too close to my due date to be out in the middle of nowhere.

Grace-Your dogs are adorable. I love old dogs with gray on their muzzles! Your wedding looked spectacular. What a beautiful setting.

Kaillean-Your vacation sounds wonderful. How big is the boat you have?

littlegunshots-How many DPO are you? I didn't have any implantation bleeding but I had cramps. Please let us know how you are doing.

Here I am ladies...sorry, didn't mean to freak you all out.

I feel silly. Turns out it was nothing.

The doctor and nurses said it was good that I came in though because everything that I described to my doctor could mean PTL and it is better to be safe than sorry. But, I still feel silly. My back is still really sore. They just told me to take Tylenol and take it easy. We were at the hospital for about 3 hours or so because they wanted to see Sara move and she just wasn't budging. Finally they got a couple of kicks out of her. OH and she is head down now. Got my first internal.

Wasn't too, too bad, but it wasn't fun either.

Funny thing is we got totally lost trying to find the right campus of the hospital. We eneded up having to walk half a mile or so to the right campus. Beth Israel of Boston is HUGE...but luckily we figured it out now and not when I was in labor.

So, we got to go to half of the Prepared Childbirth class. DH wasn't happy. He though going to L&D would get him out of it. WRONG!! LOL She went over little things like how you might be feeling, how the baby comes out *faint*, things like that. At the end, she gave us a goodie bag and in the bag was a Red Sox Game Schedule. I was so confused and then she told us to remember that we are having babies during the baseball season and the hospital is right down the street from Fenway Park so post the schedule and keep that in mind when trying to decide when to leave for the hospital.

So, anyway...sorry for the novel. One more thing. I had a hyperventilation instance this morning...full on, couldn't breath, fingers locked. All because of DH and his damn alarm clock and insisting on turning on the light when getting ready. I was SO mad and it just started off as crying and then it turned into sobbing and then turning into full on hyperventilation!! I seriously though I was going to have to go to L&D again! I am going to have to have a serious talk with DH - AGAIN!!

P.S. Loved all the pictures from last night.

Amy-Glad to hear it wasn't PTL! Thats funny about the baseball schedule but good that they warn you about it. Sorry about your episode this morning. It probably didn't help that you got in late last night after such a stressful day. Glad to hear Sara is heading in the right direction.

I bounced on my birth ball for an hour last night, to no avail. The big appointment is today at 1pm. My biggest fear is that I am still not dilated at all and he won't be able to sweep my membranes. Well, really my BIGGEST fear is the need for induction, but I am trying to not focus on that one today.

I am moody today. Ick. I feel so sleep deprived that it isn't even funny. I cannot explain to DH how tired I am. I can't remember to do anything except shower, go to work, eat and go to bed. He looks at me like I am just faking it or something

. Yes, I go to bed at 8:30 or 9pm after just laying on the couch all evening, and YES I am exhausted. This morning I couldn't find any work clothes that fit right and I almost cried. DH was still in bed, but awake and just looked at me like I had two heads or something. He does nothing to help (although, what could he do, it wasn't like I could wear his clothes to work!). He just looks at me with this blank look on his face. It makes me so mad at him. Ugh. I can't believe there is still 7 more months of this

Louise~I remember being sooo tired in the beginning for my pregnancy. I could sleep all day and still be tired. DH couldn't understand why I was so tired, I think he thought I was playing it up.

Well ladies I have some great news Reyli is coming home tomorrow!

I'm going to spend the night at the hospital tonight to "room in", I'm so excited, but scared at the same time. I really didn't think he would be coming home so soon! I'm just ready to get him home with us. We still don't have his room finished yet, but thats ok he is going to sleep in our room for now. The bassinett is probably going to swallow him though, he weighs 3 lbs 5 oz.

Good luck, Jehcekah. I was thinking about you this morning and hoping that you are starting to progress.

Lou, I felt the same way at your stage. I couldn't believe how tired I was. It does, eventually, get a lot better, but not completely. I went straight from exhaustion & nausea to heartburn & NOT being able to sleep. Your body needs the sleep, don't fight it, and tell your DH that's just the way it is!

Louise ~ OMG...your DH and my DH need a swift kick in the arse! I say all the time that I think my DH just doesn't get it! I mean look at the scenario I go through every morning with him! Pisses me off to no end! All he says is "I'm tired too." I think I could shoot flames through my eyes at him! So sorry...maybe try and have a talk with him?

Now I'm feeling like my period is going to start. I am 10 days past ovulation. This morning I've had a lot of discomfort in that area and feel like my period is about to start. It isn't suppose to start until Monday though. Have some cramping and feel bloated and just NASTY. you know that feeling right before TOM.

Littlegunshots...That is EXACTLY the way I felt 40 weeks ago!

I swore up and down that I was getting my TOM because I felt PMS-ey, crampy, nauseous and bloated. Well, guess what, it never came! Don't lose hope...you may still be pregnant! The day before my period was due to come, I took a test and it had the FAINTEST little line EVER! I went to www.peeonastick.com to compare it to other lines and was convinced that it must have been an evaporation line. I was wrong. The next day I took another test and the line was even darker.

I am crossing my fingers for you!!!! Good luck!!

If it is any comfort I was getting PMS crampyness and basic TOM symptoms (which I never get) that never came, I was really pregnant.

I am so jealous! Our NICU won't release Spencer until he's at least 4 pounds. I feel like they are being overly cautious with some things (like they are moving soooo slow to get him out of the isolette). I told dh I needed to just detach all his wires and smuggle him home, LOL.

I've been lucky the first 6 weeks and now luck has run out. The morning sickness is kicking in slowly.
I was worried about staying on maintenance levels, but with eating crackers every hour I'll probably blow that.

What are some things you have done for morning sickness?

Eating crackers every hour!

Sorry I'm no help. I have found some multigrain crackers and wasa crackers that make me feel better. I also make a homemade beef vegi soup that I eat when nothing sounds good. Be sure and drink plenty of water.

DH was still in bed, but awake and just looked at me like I had two heads or something. He does nothing to help (although, what could he do, it wasn't like I could wear his clothes to work!). He just looks at me with this blank look on his face. It makes me so mad at him. Ugh. I can't believe there is still 7 more months of this . I'll be back later. Louise

I was thinking about you this morning and hoping that you are starting to progress. Lou, I felt the same way at your stage. I couldn't believe how tired I was. It does, eventually, get a lot better, but not completely. I went straight from exhaustion & nausea to heartburn & NOT being able to sleep. Your body needs the sleep, don't fight it, and tell your DH that's just the way it is!

I am 10 days past ovulation. This morning I've had a lot of discomfort in that area and feel like my period is about to start. It isn't suppose to start until Monday though. Have some cramping and feel bloated and just NASTY. you know that feeling right before TOM.
