Where is everyone this morning?? Don't tell me I was the only one to get up at 6:45! And yesterday, the little rugrat slept til 9:30, of course when Jason was going to get up with him! Well, Eli is a full-fledged WALKER! I just posted the other day how he was only doing about 10 steps at a time, tops. Well, all of a sudden, BAM! He's walking! People always say that it just happens so fast, and they aren't lying. He's even doing pretty well outside on the grass and uneven ground. Now if we could just get a word out of him, we'd be set!

Food wise, I haven't cheated in 3 days.. this is good for me after a 3 week binge! I'm happy. DH is doing it with me, only adding in a little more healthy carbs. That helps so much.

Dierdre.. Do you have a sling yet? Or are you just asking in general?

Colleen- Yes we have a Red Lobster and Olive Garden right down the street from my house!!! I did the soup diet and stayed strong I lost around 10 lbs I think. It was quite simple but I only ate the soup like 1 or top twice a day...Okay you want food and I want sunshine and beaches..LOL

Okay...sorry if I missed anyone! I had a busy weekend. Saturday went to the strawberry festival and had a blast. I think I ate about 10 white chocolate covered strawberries..YUM!! Then we all went to the movies. (Bruce skipped work), Sunday Bruce and I worked in the yard, then went to church then to a graduation BBQ party. It was like 95 degree with the humidity. It was burning up hot here! I hate that! But I did good a great tan and I look like I'm from the islands now! Anyways Lexi loved the strawberry festival!! I got some great shots but I forgot my plug to the computer at work so I can get them off my camera!!

Hey Cyn! Did you guys have the same beautiful weekend we did?! I am so burnt.. we went for a 3 hour walk yesterday into town to the SeaFoodFest (didn't get any food) and around town. My legs were so tired! The visit with my dad and stepmom was good. It always gets a little long, especially this time since they got here the day after we got back, so we had NO downtime from vacation, and had to get ready for Eli's party. I only see my dad two-three times a year since he moved to AZ (8 years agao), and its really hard cuz we were very close.

So how was Lexi's birthday? I still have to post pics! Eli got SO MANY stinkin' toys, I really don't know where to go with them!

I'm here Dawn! Boy it was so quiet over the weekend I thought this place would be packed this morning. Oh well I'm sure they'll get in here as soon as they can. WTG on eating clean for 3 days, it's always the first 3 or 4 after I cheat that are the hardest for me. Only 28 days till my planned cheat! I can't believe it's that close, not that I'm going to pig out but I can't wait for corn on the cob, crabmeat rolls-with the roll! And of course my moms twinkie cake But just a little bit Congrats on Eli walking, Elliott was 16 months old before he started, he never seemed like he was a year old until that happened, which made the second year fly Does that make sense?

Hey Cynthia sounds like you had a great weekend! I'm tasting those strawberries now! What movie did you see? I can't remember the last time we went, oh wait yes I do it was Ploar Express last November Can't wait to see your pics!

Judson has a little white bump on his bottom gum this morning, I can't believe my baby boy is teething already Elliott had his first tooth by 4 months, so guess Judson is just trying to keep up with Bubba!

I've got 24oz in so far, which was not hard to do after I had 2 hot dogs for breakfast I wanted something salty, and thats all I could find.

Gotta go something done before all the kiddos get here-gonna be a full house today

Hey Mommies!

Well, our planned cheat lasted the entire weekend (bad, bad, bad)...but we are back on the bandwagon today. Saturday was really fun at Firefly's, everyone was very nice! Sunday was our friends 2 year old's birthday party at a park and it was so hot and sticky outside. When we got home we heard that Andrew's Uncle had passed away from cancer so we will have a busy first part of the week. The wake is tomorrow night and then the funeral is on Wednesday. Hunter is such a little monster I don't want to bring him to the funeral so I'll stay home and let Andrew do his family obligation. Tonight we need to find him a suit since he doesn't have anything that fits him.

Dawn- Congrats to Eli!!!!! I'll trade you a couple steps for a couple words??? HA! Hunter does awesome walking as long as you are holding his hands. Yesterday he was basically running while holding on, I let go and bam, there was the ground.

Liz- Good job on no cheats, your planned cheat will be here in no time!!!!

Lexi got TONS of toys too...I'll post pics this week but work is still hectic due to end of month stuff... I'm glad you had a blast at DW. I'm glad you got to see your dad..that is always fun!!!! Lexi is taking 10-15 steps but not walking yet...but she was a late crawler too! She talks my head off though! And she is getting a mean streek. She has this face she makes,...I have to get a snap shot of it..

Oh and CONGRATS ON NO CHEATS!!

Good Morning Ladies~

We had a really hectic weekend traveling, but it was a good trip. It's a little over 3 hours (more if we stop), so it's not too bad of a car-trip for the kids. We didn't get back until around 11pm last night, so I have lots to do today to get unpacked, things put away, & laundry done.

I started out with the best of intentions eating-wise & did really well until I went to the movies with my sister on Saturday afternoon (movie theater popcorn is my downfall ) & the bad eating continued through dinner last night. I didn't think it was that bad, but the scale shows me up an incredible 6 lbs since Friday morning. Back on track today & drinking tons of water to try to flush all of the bad stuff out.

The good news is Reilly's new sleep pattern seems to be holding - he goes to bed between 10-11pm, gets up between 6-7am to eat, then goes back to sleep until between 9-10am.

Boodsadel~ Congrats to Eli on his new status as a "walker"! Mackenzie was a late walker, she was 14 months old when she walked unassisted, but had been holding onto furniture & walking for a while before that.

Melissa~ Glad you had fun at the gathering! So sorry to hear about Andrew's uncle.

Liz~ Hope Judson's tooth doesn't cause him too much pain! Reilly is already drooling like crazy & he's not even 3 months old yet - I hope he's not an early teether (though I've read that it can start as early as 8 weeks!)

Question: When did your babies start sleeping in their own rooms? We've had Reilly in a basinette next to the bed in our room & I don't remember when we moved Mackenzie to her crib.

Hi Mommies! I am here but busy at work- I am taking half a day today due to the fact that my babysitter is really sick and can't watch the kids. So Shawn is watching them this moring and I will watch them this afternoon. I will try to get back on for personals. I did pretty good this weekend- just can't get that darn water in - ugh! I am still one pound up from my siggy- but I am chugging the water today.

Morning, gals! I really should be working.

The concert was great. We had a wonderful time. Gary kept having problems with his ear piece, but it didn't affect his singing. Unfortunately, there were some duds near us that sat the whole concert! That didn't keep us from dancing, though! Blake Shelton put on a good show, too.

Dani, who I took to the concert, also told me she found out that day she is pregnant again... so sticky baby thoughts would be appreciated. She doesn't know how far along she is yet. Probably about 6 weeks.

I got Rob's anniversary/Father's Day present yesterday.. a Weber grill. Thank you to whoever it was that mentioned they were getting their guy a grill.. it inspired me. We really need one. Man, it's expensive, but we need it and it's really for both of us. Our old CharBroil is 8 years old.. the guy at Home Depot couldn't believe me! I hope he likes it. It's kind of small, but I couldn't afford the bigger ones.. and it's only just the two of us, anyways. LOL, Dierdre, I got stuck at Home Depot when that storm came through. I had Alison with me, otherwise I would have just run for it.

Alison had her two month appointment today. She got 4 shots, which she did not like! Otherwise, it went well. Poor thing was all smiles.. smiling at the dr. then BAM! shots in the leg. She is now 11 lb, and has gained 3/4 inch. When I left the house she was starting to drift off in DH's arms, fussing a tiny bit.

Sarah, the van looks great! How do those built in seats work? When can they use them?

Cyn, strawberries sound wonderful! I'm glad you had fun.

Liz, has Judson been fussing at all with teething? Alison drools alot, but I think it's mostly when she's hungry.

Emily, I'm glad you had a good trip. What movie did you see? Alison's starting to fall into a sleep routine, too. She's typically down somewhere between 11 & 12, and will sleep anywhere from 5-6 hours, sometimes more after her 'awake' days. She has 'awake' days and 'sleepy' days. Some days you can't get her to take a nap no matter what.

Melissa, I'm sorry to hear about Andrew's uncle. Were they close? Sounds like you guys had a good time with the PG folks!

Oh, Emily, Alison's still in our room in the PNP. Her room is ready, but considering I'm the one getting up with her, it's easier on me to have the her close. I'm thinking about moving her now that she has more of a 'schedule'. She had been so erratic up until about a week ago.
