Hi everyone... just popping in real quick... I'm trying to make a decision about which travel system I'm going to get, so I'm going to be out most of today... and tonight I might be playing games with a couple friends... and tomorrow we have a welcome home BBQ for DH's best friend... so, if I don't get on a lot this weekend I just wanted to say Happy Mother's Day!

Wow, it looks like I missed a bunch of stuff! Congrats to Dena and Jefinner! YAY! And happy birthday, little boys! Momto2- labor vibes for you... hope it goes well for ya! I'd reach in there and grab if I could. Amy(vixen)- I'm sorry you're feeling overwhelmed. It can catch up to you, I know. Just take a breath and take one day at a time. It'll work itself out for you, I'm sure. Amy(smiley)- That's great about your landlord. Go you! Meg- Just because baby is getting bigger does not mean that you are. Good work with the water aerobics! Yep, I've got lots and lots of round ligament pain. Try hot showers or compresses, and try some gentle stretching and see if that helps. I'm sorry, I know its uncomfortable. Alli- Its great to hear that you and the little ones are healthy. I hope you make it to 35 weeks, but its uncomfy, I know. I feel the same way. Dar- Absolutely adorable! You done good, mama Tammara- morning sickness is a strange beast. Are you noticing it triggered by any particular food/beverage/vitamin? Are you sleeping in a different position? |

Morning everyone! I am pregnant and due 12/23/05. I am 7 weeks. I am having mixed emotions of being thrilled since I never thought I would be able to get pregnant again to scared from weighing alot already and having had complications with my first daughter. I also had a miscarriage at 10 weeks, from a surprise pregnancy that was not planned back in December. So, I have alot of different types of anxious energies. I have been lurking for a few days and finally decided to post since I figured it would be better to type it out and feel some of the relief slide from my mind onto this board.
And what a better day to do so! Happy Mother's day to all of you! I wish all you a day filled with warm heart-filled memories. |

just wanted to let everyone know that my water broke at 11:30 going to try to get some sleep before the contractions kick in ony had one so far.... will *try* to check in before we head off to the hospital... oh happy mothers day !!!

Congratulations Jefinner & Dena! Wow, I missed a few days and all kinds of excitement happens.
Welcome, LC! Chelsea, I can't believe your time is here already! Wow, that snuck up on me. Melos, sorry to hear about the bed rest. My doctor put me on it for a few days (a couple of weeks ago) because of some pain that I was having, and it was difficult for me, even for a few days. I sympathize. I am having a fun first Mother's Day. A bunch of my girlfriends called to say "Happy Mother's Day", how nice. One even brought me flowers and one sent me a card. DH insists that I shouldn't celebrate Mother's Day until next year. I think he is starting to feel a little silly now that everyone else is making a big deal out of it. Happy Mother's Day to everyone! -Grace

Jefinner, I can't believe how big he is! He looks like he is a month old, or older. What a beautiful baby. I just watched your video. That was great how surprised everyone was at his weight. Congratulations!

Well... I guess given his gestational age, he is almost a month old!! LOL! At least, he would be if I'd have had him on his due date.
 He's in newborn clothes, they just don't swallow him like they did my girls. They're just a tad big. Like that outfit he has on... It's a size NB (0-3 months). I imagine he'll even out too. Both of my girls were over 9 pounds, and in just a few months, they were no longer bigger than other babies their age. Speaking of big babies... Another lady that went into labor right after I had Ezra had to be transported to the hospital (lack of progression and the baby's head was in a wierd position)... She ended up having a c-section. The baby was 8lb 11oz, and one of the relatives commented that she'd have to have a c-section anyway with a baby that big... My midwife then informed him that she'd just delivered an 11 pounder that morning...  |

Jefinner!! I am so proud of you hon!! And so grateful that you had an uneventful labor. I am so happy for you!! He is so handsome!!! I'd love to put him up against Hamilton!!!! The video was awesome!! It made me cry!!!
Chelsea - Best wishes, can't wait for your story..... I think Momto2boys is having hers too!! Can't wait!! I will get my birth story together...... Here are a few more pictures.....I will catch up with everyone else soon!!! I MISSED YOU GUYS!!!!

Dena, Hamilton is so adorable! He has your mouth, how sweet! I love that picture of you and him, you look so happy!
I haven't seen any posts from Mandy. Jefinner, I was just telling my DH about your little boy. He can't believe that you delivered naturally. Wow, that makes me feel better. We tend to have big babies in our family too. Am I imagining it or did they move the Maintain Lane under the Atkins Nutritional Approach? That doesn't really make sense to me and makes it much harder to find the Pregnancy Thread. |

I think I'm dying right now... our a/c has decided not to work... it blows, but just like a fan... nothing cold is coming out... this blasted apartment is getting so hot I feel like I'm going to throw up... I can't sleep if it's anything above 65, so I'm screwed... we've called the after hours #, but they said they doubt they'll do anything tonight, even though I'm pregnant. This sucks! In TX (at least when I still lived there) anytime between April and October if the a/c goes out they HAVE to send an emergency repair guy, no matter what time it is. I have no idea how I'm going to get any sleep tonight.

I was overweight with number 1 and only gained 12 pounds. Now I am pregnant for #2 AND 3 (yes twins) and have gained nearly 50 pounds already  . I guess I'm not of much help. I think you should copy and paste your post and put it on today's thread . You might not get a bunch of replies tonight, but the ladies will see it tomorrow and post.Congrats on TTC .ALLI |
