And then a few hours later (4:50am to be exact), I got this little bundle!

Heather - congrats!! I'm so happy for your.

I've been MIA...we've had a great uncle die, a grandmother in the hospital (minor surgery) and now that I am only working 4 hours a day at work, I don't have time to play.

NOTHING going on on the pregnancy front.
Hopefully, I will catch up tonight!!

Dena ~ Sorry about all the stuff going on. I hope things get better.

Saltire ~ I obviously missed something in the past few days. Are you on bedrest?? When I get time, I will have to go back and look for your post.

So, the doctor said it was probably just round ligament pain - and not to be concerned unless I have any bleeding or leaking. She also agreed that it isn't just an "ouch" pain, it's a stabbing OMG pain and that I just have to figure out what brings it on. Ummm...sitting, standing, walking, sneezing, coughing, peeing, pooping...shall I go on?? LOL She said it could last a couple of weeks or a couple of months. Great!!

Well, got to get to work...I will pop back later!

Having another sad day...I spoke to my mother and checked on my Ziggy and apparently he is a little confused and out of sorts. I guess he keeps wandering and looking for a place to get comfy. The other dog keeps "stealing" his bed and he sits there and whines until my mother takes the other dog out and then Ziggy won't go in the bed. He also isn't allowed on the couch up there so he sits and cries when my mother is sitting and watching TV. I feel so bad wondering what is going on in his little doggie head.

I know he will be fine...he just needs a day or two.

Amy, last week I had some bleeding, not alot but any bleeding during your first pregnancy is scary. Luckily I have no cramps, so I was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage and put on rest until my sonogram on Thursday. My mum had the exact same thing happen to her when pregnant with me.

Gals, Dr. checked me out yesterday. No preterm labor or fluid leakage. Just 3rd baby woes. He said I'm going to feel like I'm carrying a bowling ball between my legs for the duration. He also said that my insides turning out is normal! I'm in so much pain....I'm not sure how I'm going to make it another 11 weeks!

Chrissy-hormones will give you those moods swings. Call the dr. if it gets to where they seem more dramatic. Mood swings are a good sign though. Hormones are working!

Dar-how are you still taking care of us? Go rest hun! No BM is okay...it will take awhile to work things out. Some babies don't have as many as others do. Is your milk in? At about her 7-10th day Alison should be going thru a growth spurt and all will come together.

GJ- Sorry about your family....hang in there. The last few weeks are the hardest

Amy-Sorry about the doggie. He will be fine in a few days. Just takes some time to adjust. The pains you have will get better, get worse, change. You might have aches where you didn't even know you could have aches. Hang in there. It will all be worth it soon! Take it easy though. Shopping and walking puts alot of pressure on things and you are bound to get muscle aches. Sitting too long does the same thing! Sending you lots of comfy vibes.

Dar! Alison is beautiful!!!! I haven't read the posts since Friday, so I'm not "filled in" on everything-I just wanted to say I hope your recovering okay and enjoying Alison, aren't they just so sweet?

Well while I'm waiting to learn how to upload the pictures on here I'll tell you guys about the labor.

I had contractions Friday after the doctor stripped the membranes, they were pretty intense at times, but I was still able to sleep a little Friday night, got up Saturday at 5am and we headed to the hospital and I was dialated to a 3. My water broke at 9:30am, that when the contractions were really starting to hurt. By 10:30 they were only 30 seconds apart, I was able to do this for an hour then I asked for the epidual. By noon, they had it in and I was feeling pretty good! Still only dialated to a 3.5 though.....so I let my mom bring Mya up to see me and she told Cory to go get some lunch. At 1pm Cory came back with his Taco Bell and I was having really intense burning and pressure on my pubic bone area and opening, the babies heatrate dropped down to the 80's so I paged for the nurse, and she never came, so a few minutes passed and the pressure was getting even more insense so I put my hand down there and I told Cory-who was still eating a burito, to look because his head was OUT! So he and my mom were screaming OMG and ran out to get a nuse or doctor and instantly my doctor and 5 nurses ran in and his sholders were already out! So I didn't even have to push once! Amazingly I didn't tear. It was just so bizzare how fast everything went. I was still only dialated at a 3 at 12:30 and he flew out an hour later

He looked like a cecerean baby, his head was perfectly round and his color was good. I was able to nurse him right after they checked his heartrate and lungs. He is so perfect, you never realize you can have as much love for your second baby as you had with your first, but you do....its so amazing.

Thank you so much for all your kind thoughts, support and PMs. This was a difficult pregnancy, and there were signs several weeks ago that the baby was not likely to develop correctly (but my first doctor decided I didn't "need to worry yet" and didn't tell me). I've been very ill and have lost quite a bit of weight. That's why I haven't been around so much--I've been on bedrest, trying to stay out of the hospital.

I will be okay. I truly believe that all things happen for a reason. Even this. If I am supposed to have a child, I will. Obviously it wasn't time yet. I don't think we'll be trying again immediately, though. At this moment, I'm just not healthy enough.

I will, however, continue lurking in the Pregnancy threads. I just love hearing all your happy stories and seeing pictures of your beautiful children (congratulations Dar! She's beautiful).

I've been very ill and have lost quite a bit of weight. That's why I haven't been around so much--I've been on bedrest, trying to stay out of the hospital. I will be okay. I truly believe that all things happen for a reason. Even this. If I am supposed to have a child, I will. Obviously it wasn't time yet. I don't think we'll be trying again immediately, though. At this moment, I'm just not healthy enough. I will, however, continue lurking in the Pregnancy threads. I just love hearing all your happy stories and seeing pictures of your beautiful children (congratulations Dar! She's beautiful). to you all.
