CLA and Menstrual Cycle
Hi, I have a question for all CLA users.
My TOM is late this month (took a PG test, negative) and I was wondering if it could be from taking Tonalin. I have been taking it since the beginning of February. I had my period in February (it was a couple of days late), but nothing has happened for March yet. I'm having the usual symptoms..cramps, bloating, tender breasts, but nothing is happening. The Tonalin is the only change I have made as far as meds/supplements go. Think the Tonalin could be the reason? I'm grasping at straws cause I really need TOM! lol Thanks in advance for your help/advice. |

Hi Amy,
I took Tonalin CLA for several months at a time, with several periods of not taking it, and I would have to say my TOMs were most normal either way -- due to low carbs and knocking out a lot of processed foods, my TOMs which were never regular finally *were.* Can't say for sure, but if you can only pinpoint that difference in your diet/nutrition, than stop taking it and see what happens. If TOM still doesn't show or is late again next month, try to pinpoint what is. H-T-H |
