hey guys. This will be short.

If you do a search for "Nummies" you will find a challenge thread of mine from June 2003 to May 2004 entitled :

The earliest still on here is:

"Labor Day Nummies Challenge" June of 2003

**July Labor Day Nummies Challenge**

Onto the last one in May of 2004:

"May Mommies and Nummies Support...for "Past/Present/And Soon To Be" Nursing moms"

(The dates are wrong inside the messafe body of the first post... it is from May and not March"

If you start with the first they link to each other in the correct order.

You will find a TON of info women that breastfed while lowcarbing and half while in Ketosis.

I just thought you all might like to know about it!

Ps... if you pay attention to my posts you will see that my little nursing guy got healthier as I cut down my carbs.

Not preaching to anyone... just make sure you see ALL the posts in order over the years time to see how everyone dealt with the issue!

And remember... go with your gut and trust your instincts!
