Good morning ladies!

Just kind of taking it easy tonight. My hips are really sore for some reason. I got all my cooking done last night though.

We hired the doula. She is going to give me private birthing lessons too and I might do some cooking for her to barter the price. She seems like a really nice lady and I agree with everything she had to say. I feel really comfortable with her. My husband likes her too. She said that she was going to be like a big bad mom to him though if he refused to eat or rest when I'm in labor.

Anybody hear from Azktycat lately? I know she was having some spotting a few weeks ago.

Well, everyone have a great weekend. It's back to work for me.

Ames ~ Sorry your hips hurt. Mine hurt when I sleep, but that is just because I am a fat cow. I am glad you like your doula...she sounds great. Good luck with her.

gilbabe75 ~ The comment you made is fine to me - no offense taken. I don't really tend to stress to much while trying. I kinda just "do it" take the steps to help it along - i.e. stick a pillow under my butt - and that is it really. I am really just taking my temps so I will better learn about my body. I understand things much better than I did before. I am still learning, but it really did help to read TCOYF and starting charting (Hey!! That rhymed! starting charting... ). I really don't stress until it comes down to the wire - that 2WW kills me.

Anyway...nothing going on here. Drinking my coffee and popping in to see everyone. Got to clean the house...yuck!

Bought my saliva scope yesterday - interesting. Can't wait to actually see something. And I bought the Instead Cups. I am so impatient. I hate lying there on my back after BDing so hopefully this makes it easier - as long as I can figure out how to insert them!

Morning Ladies!!

I'm tired as crap today. After my anxiety attack thurs. nite, we had a couples night with friends...boys played poker, girls went to dinner...last night. Needless to say, I didn't get into bed until 2:15 then up at 6:45 with the pooch. *yawnnn* So I'm slightly tired today. Took pooch to vet for heartworm stuff and she has a yeast infection in her ear I was afraid of it.

On the pregnancy front....I'm trying not to drink too many fluids at night. I had 2 glasses with dinner last night and peed the entire night! This baby being breech has made it more unbearable I think when it comes to my bladder. Other than that, the girls at the vet said they were happy to see how well I looked with only a little while left to go. Happy to hear someone thinks I look good

Off to buy a pair of slipon tennies (pooch ate the last pair the other day ) and hubby's treating me to Olive Garden. Can't wait for some chocolate lasagna!!! (thank god I'm losing weight in this pregnancy, altho I dunno how!!)

Ugh! I am finally getting over this cold, and now the morning sickness is coming back... not as bad as before, but definate queasiness!
Today I am now 8 weeks along! Sweet... only 32 more to go!

LOL, Amy. Makes sense. I found if you are off of BC for awhile you SO KNOW when you are ovulating. Since being off of BC for 3 years. Men better lookout when it is my time. ANY MAN. LOL

I'm just glad it hasn't been a long hard road for ya. Even though waiting is tough. I actually didn't conceive the first time til I stopped trying. Then it just happened. Good luck to ya.

I'm taking it easy at home this weekend. Just crocheting a baby sweater for my sister's expected little one and trying to keep my stress level at a minimum. Tomorrow I'm going for a pedicure -- can't wait, it's been way too long.

My morning sickness seems to be increasing slightly every day. I haven't actually thrown up yet but this morning I really thought I might. I ate some chicken noodle soup and saltines but wasn't able to finish due to the queasiness. (Had one happy dog though). So, I had some smaller meals throughout the day and got some fresh air and I'm feeling ok now. I have to say, since I didn't have any m/s last time, this is oddly reassuring.

PS: I'm having a bra crisis. In the past week my b00bs have really expanded. I'm busting out the size 40H I got for my last pregnancy!!! HELLO!!!! Do they make bras bigger than that???!!! LOL

Of course my husband is thrilled... men!!!

I have no help to offer for bras bigger than that, but good luck! Mine haven't gotten bigger, but I'm not expecting them too... when I was pg with my daughter I got only about a size bigger, but they never really shrunk after that, so I'm expecting to be about the same the whole way through this time... poor FH, he's rather disappointed ~laughs~

HI Everyone! I hope everyone is having a nice relaxing weekend. I just wanted to share my scare. Thurs afternoon we had an OB appt and she could not hear the heart-beat, although she did say my uterus was at the size it should be for 14 weeks, she was not really very reassuring and all the ultrasound places were closed already. Friday at 1:00 we went to the hospital and thank GOD everything was OK. The tech said the baby was moving so much and that was probably why the OB could not not hear the little stinker!

So if they can't hear the heart beat try not to panic you might just have a wild little one growing in you!

I hope you are all feeling well. I haven't called the doctor yet, but according to the BBC due date calculator I am due 7/12/05. I will be having a scheduled c-section so I'm sure it will be a week or two earlier.
I'm curious if some of you can post a menu or give me an idea of about how many carbs you're consuming. Are most of you still LCing?

Oh yeah, about the boobs. When I was pregnant with ds, I went from a perfect (okay, not so perfect) 36C up to a 46H! I had a horrible time with bras, it was terrible. My back and shoulders hurt SO bad all the time. Anway, they never went back to normal (I did nurse for 13 months). When I started this WOE I was down to a 44DD and at my lowest I was back down to a comfortable 38D. Already, this early on I'm having to use my 40D's. UGH! I hope I don't get as big as last time, it was CRAZY!

Oh lordy I am hoping that I just ate something that didn't agree with me and this isn't m/s kicking in with a vengeance! I woke up around 4:45am with my tummy feeling worse than it has in as long as I can remember... I ended up in the bathroom throwing up for 20 minutes! I think I saw my spleen... finally I felt okay enough to go back to bed, even though I still felt MAJORLY queasy! This morning I woke up and still feel completely nauseous!
Ugh! Oh please let me have a stomach flu, or have eaten something bad... please don't let this become an everyday occurance!

So, does anyone know what it means if DH saliva shows up possibly fertile?!?! DH was playing around with my saliva scope and decided for the heck of it, he would test his saliva. Well when we looked at it, he has some ferning of the salvia which according to the chart means he is "possible fertile"! We just had to laugh...figures he gets the fertile sign and not me. Hee, hee...

Well, I will try to pop in sometime tomorrow...but, stupid work will be in the way again.

I know ladies whose DHs have had "positive" pregnancy tests using those internet cheapies which are crap anyway...LOL.
