Hi Chels,
I hate having you here alone. I will post my Fitday link, but I am so ashamed when I see how well you're doing! Oh, well, this will keep me accountable maybe. I didn't change my weight since PG and my age is wrong. Whatever! Kelley http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJ...l?Owner=Flaxie |

LOL Desp, you obviously didn't see my Baskin Robbins sundae from yesterday!
I did find a use for those icky Lender's LC bagels I panned, though: they make great mini pizzas! I may even buy more! Kelley |

I love this I wish more people would post what they are eating. I am having such a hard time eating.
B - 1 lg waffle made from carbquick & wheat flour with a lot of peanutbutter. 8 cheezit crackers S Hood carb down yogurt 4 oz L - small piece of eggplant with sauce and mozzerella and a bowl of lentil soup from a local Italian deli. 8oz of diet coke D - chicken breast sauted in butter then wrapped up with a piece of provolone, ham and dijon mustard. Two tablespoons of rice mix I tried to drink lots of water about 3 liters today which is an improvement. Except now I am hungry and I am going to get a snack. |

Hey guys, I am not LCing anymore, but I need to be more accountable for what I do eat. Would you mind if I posted it here? I am just trying to eat healthier.
Let me know if that is okay. |

Yes, Amy, Post here!
I guess I just add my Fitday URL and it updates each day. This is the first time I've tried to post it. Man, I eat waaay more than you guys! I guess that's why I'm gaining so fast. It's been 10 lbs. since week 14, and now I'm week 21. Eek! When I had morning sickness though I'd enter things in and then have to remove them 1/2 hour later...you can guess why. http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJ...l?Owner=Flaxie Kelley |

I thought I'd also post this page:
http://www.marchofdimes.com/pnhec/159_153.asp it seems to have some good info. Then you can print out this chart to track weight gain during PG: http://www.marchofdimes.com/pnhec/1808_1914.asp Kelley |

Before my gestational diabetes diagnosis last week, I was eating whatever I wanted whenever I was hungry.
Here's what I had yesterday: Breakfast - Oatmeal w/ butter spray, peanut butter and a little millk, small glass of Carb Countdown choc milk, Atkins Chocolate Royale shake (ran out of the Carb Countdown) Snack - Slimfast Low Carb Bar and Water Lunch - Bag of Walnut & Cranberry Spring Mix Salad w/ Colby Jack Cheese and Italian Dressing, grilled chicken, plum, Diet Coke w/ Lime Snack - Strawberry Smoothie: 8 oz Carb Countdown milk, ice, 5 frozen strawberries, scoop of vanilla protein powder, and splash of SF Davinci's vanilla; 2 slices Pepperidge Farm Carb Style Bread w/ Country Crock whipped with strawberries Dinner - Rotisserie Chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots in cheese sauce, lots of zucchini and yellow squash, iced tea w/ splenda Snack - spoonful of peanut butter, small bowl of Carb Freedom Chcolate Almond Brownie icecream I am a little bit frustrated. I feel like I am eating a ton of food but I still woke up hungry at 1:00 and ate a piece of string cheese and as of this am I have lost a pound since my diagnosis on Friday. My blood sugar levels are good but I need to be at least maintaining my weight. So far today I've had: Breakfast - 2 Eggo low carb waffles with country crock whipped with strawberries, SF syrup, Carb Freedom strawberry yogurt, and large class of Carb Countdown Chocolate milk Snack - large bowl of cottage cheese w/ blueberries, diet vanilla coke |
