Good morning Mommies-

Still no word from Angela- We are thinking of you and can't wait to hear!!!!!

Well I will try to post later. I have a hair appoinment this morning - I can't wait it needs cut so bad. I am also getting the highlights. I called the doctor just to be sure it okay and they say you can get it safetly done once a trimester. I am also getting my nails done- So it's kinda like a day at the spa- HAHA.
Then we are off to a bday party. -

Not much to report here other than my dear husband has been such an ANGEL this week. He's been cooking, cleaning, and treating my like a princess non-stop. A girl could get used to this! Tonight he is taking me to a restaurant I've been dying to try out. Can't wait!

I worked for a children's clothing manufacturer YEARS ago and I remembered I bought some clothes when they had a sample sale once, even though kids were a looong way off for me, the prices were great! Well, I just dug them up yesterday and I had bought a lot of stuff I didn't even remember! Lots of onesies and some 6-12 months clothes too. I bought a lot of navy stuff, but it's not necessarily all boy, KWIM? I still don't know what I'm having yet! It was like Christmas, thanks to my bad memory!

Hi Ladies~

I just found out yesterday that I am pregnant & I would love to join you all here! I have one DD who just turned 4 & we have been trying for a brother or sister for her for almost 3 years now, so we are very excited. I am currently 4 weeks along & have an EDD of 31 March 2005. My DH is in the Army & we are currently stationed in Germany, but we are very excited to be moving back to the US next month.

I was up earlier this morning, and I meant to post a personal reply sooner. But DH called from work and told me about a aquatic center in town that was free to the public. I was so excited. I looked it up on the city of Jax web site and it looked awesome! So I just got back from checking it out. It was FREE and it ROCKED. It is an indoor pool with a diving area, 8 lane 25m lap area, 2 open swim areas (5' 4" deep and 5' 0" deep) for adults and 1 open swim area (shallow) for kids.

It is about 30 minutes from home, but should only be about 10 minutes from work. I will definitely be going there after work.

I did laps for about 25 minutes, which is really good for this out of shape beached whale preggo lady.

I am so PUMPED! I have always loved swimming, but didn't know that my own city has 34 free public pools. Most are only open in the summer and aren't made for lap swimming, but STILL! I am really glad to see my tax payer money going to good use. I will definitely drive a little out of the way to use this pool. Since it is indoors, I believe it will be open year round. Where I grew up, no pool was ever free and the public ones cost money, were gross and over crowded.

I am hungry and smell like chlorine, so I need to go eat and get cleaned up.

Edited to add: My round ligament pain finally subsided this morning. The swimming didn't seem to bring it back or bother it. Thank goodness. Now, sneezing....that's another story.

Hi guys!! I had a GREAT yard saling day!! Finally! I got tons of clothes, a blanket, crib sheet, changing pad, bibs, burp cloths, rattles and toys and a maternity swim suit for me. It is the exact suit I was looking at at Motherhood. It was my size and was only $1! I couldn't believe it!! I also bought a travel system. Graco brand, with infant seat, car seat base, and stroller. Two months old ~ $50.00, it retails for $179.99!!

How's everybody doing this afternoon?

I had a great day yesterday, ate well AND exercised. But today, I woke up with a headache. It is almost gone, but I still feel some pressure in my sinuses. It has kept me at home, but at least I have gotten some laundry and cleaning done.

TMI WARNING: Anybody had their boobs get big so fast that they got stretch marks on them? I just noticed last night that the red marks I thought were from my bra being too tight are actually little purplish-red stretch marks .

Suzanne~your belly shots have given me enough courage to dare to take a few of my own, not to mention the begging of some other friends on another LC thread.

I bought a maternity tankini from Old Navy. This suit is for fun time at the pool, not laps. I ordered a one-piece for the serious swimming. As you can see, I am not big enough to fill it out yet....



So I lifted my top to show my belly.....This is me at 22.5 wks.
