OK women only gotta couple questions
I have been on this wol for 3 months my periods were normal in the first 2 months now i spotted yesterday and am no longer bleeding...I have never ever even on depo spotted.i would assume that in the first 2 months i would be the most messed up since it was such a drastic lifestyle change. my questions are has anyone else did this 3 months in or should i be getting a pregnacy test??? also i have not used any protection in the last 6 years since i am married and wanting another child. and have always been pretty regular...i have lost 31.5 lbs and had assumed i would have to lose atleast 50-75 before being able to get pregnant...i am just so axious and everything right now i am rambling...any advice and answers u may have would be great.

I had the same problem. My TOM was regular until going lc. It was comming 5-6 days early, or 3-4 days late(and I'm on the pill). I'm comming back to the lc lifestyle so I don't know if it will happen again. Best of luck! |

Laura, it wouldn't hurt to do a preg test just to put your mind at ease.
Low carb tends to really change things in our cycles. Some of us have beneficial changes like less PMS, lighter periods, etc., others (like me) have changes for the worse. But yeah, LCing really messes with our hormones, at least for a while. In most women things settle back down after a few months. |

I got preggo doing LCing... I should say DURING LCing... lol I heard that Lcing increase fertility... Maybe it was your time to become a mommy...Do the test and keep us posted...

1) Pregnancy test!!!
2) Ingested hormones (BCP) and assorted 'others' are stored in body fat. When body fat loss begins, those deposits are released and TOM is a gamble. ![]() |

I feel your pain, I also had spotting last month but I dont know if it was a period or not. I guess I should wait until next month to see if it comes, lol and it is now lighter!!

if not, my family doctor told me if you're not eating enough your body stops giving out blood and releasing the eggs because its hanging on to all nutrition. he said thats what happens to anorexics . make sure you're getting enough nutrition!

Any type of Diet can mess with Hormones, progestrian (sp) etc. I was always regular, almost to the hour!
Now I am all over the place. Last month heavy, this month very light. Take a test to be sure. |

well i took a test and i am not pregnant...i guess i better start eating more huh...i was hoping i was prego but i would rather be thinner when i get prego...i dont know what i am doing wrong...i dont get hungry much...i was trying to teach myself to only eat when i am hungry i average between 800-1200 cals a day and 4- 15 carbs a day...which i know is too low but its hard for me to get them up.
