Question for the women
Hi there, Im fairly new to all this and I have a quick question. Do you find that your TOM effects te readings on the keto sticks at all? Do you not show as dark as you are normally?
Oh and one other hing for those that weigh many times through out the day, how much does your weight flucuate by? Thanks |

I have been known to flucuate up to 8 pounds in a day..... I don't use my ketostix or the scale during TOM if I cna help myself! I don't often use the stix at all I cna normally tell physically if I am in or not.

I don't use the sticks but during TOM I try not to worry, just keep eating right. There's so much going on in your body that you could drive yourself crazy
Ditto for me as far as weighing goes - I used to weigh several times a day and it nearly drove me insane I suggesting getting the measuring tape out so you can track progress that way as well. |
