Question for women only please....

For those of you that are big busted do you find that you sweat under them even if not excersizing while on induction and after?
If so what can I do to remain dry there. Sorry so personal.

I don't think induction causes excess sweating. I'm not big busted anymore, lol but used to sweat under there. Maybe you should try anti perspirant there?

I am big busted, But I do not have that problem. But then I do not sweat under them when I work out either.

Try a body powder. I sweat a lot, and when I lived in a hotter climate, I used to use Gold Bond EVERYWHERE. It really helped, with both moisture and smell. Others on this board have used a different brand of after-shower powder to get rid of ketosis smell, I forget the name, but it would probably help with moisture too.

baby powder...something with a little corn starch works good...I sweat sometimes...especially in the summer...and sometimes the type of bra has something to do with it too...I buy good ones with good underwire that lift and let the babies breathe

I'm big chested but I don't really have a problem with sweating... Unless it's super hot outside and I'm doing massive physical exercise, I won't sweat much. I think what would help is to wear a bra that holds them up nicely so that there is plenty of air circulation under there. Also wear bras that allow your skin to breath easily.

*shakes head* I'm large chested (36DDD) and I've never run into that problem - largely because I SWEAR by underwires to keep me as 'high' as possible, and because I double up on bras (an underwire with a sports bra on top) while I exercise, so any sweat gets absorbed by one or the other.
I also wear almost EXCLUSIVELY cotton bras (they let the skin breathe) that FIT - so not too much of my boob is touching skin - it's all contained in the bra.

I use a good powder and a touch of anti-perspirant if I think it's going to get bad

When I was larger on top, I used to put my antiperspirant under them. I am smaller, but I still do it out of habit. It works great!

Well, when I WAS big chested I used to put baby powder under those babies! And I made sure it was the good kind, with plenty of CORNSTARCH cause I would sweat if I even thought about moving around!

Stick to this WOL and , like me, you won't have to worry about it! Girl you'll be able to feel the wind blowing completely through your bra and back again!

I used to sweat there so bad that it caused a rash. I started using anti-perspirant there and never have a problem now. I use Secret invisable solid, not the spray on kind. It works great.

I end up with all my clothes drenched in sweat when I work, but found a good bra and a touch of powder works to keep things from breaking out in a rash.

Gee, and I thought thought we weren't supposed to have corn starch on Atkins!

When I was larger I actually got a yeast infection under my breasts from being to moist under them. What I did was put powder under them, then a men's undershirt (the tank-top kind) THEN my bra over the shirt. It worked and I didn't get hot either

I use a good cornstarch based baby powder. Just a little does the trick and keeps you comfortable for a while.

I sweated all the time and had rashes when iw as 240 and a FFF.

Now that I'm 155 and a DD I don't have rashes anymore and only sweat when it's really hot in the summer.

Cornstarch or baby powder works.
