Happy Saturday to all of ya!! We're attending a wedding later tonight, but that's about all we have on the agenda this weekend!

Morning Mommies-

I'm having a lazy morning. I finally dyed my hair this morning - was developing quite the streak... I went with a darker shade and I'm hoping that now new growth wont show that much and maybe I can gradually get back to my original shade and not have to worry about this sillyness anymore.

Sunny - I'm at 12 weeks 4 days and I was up 4 pounds. Today for some reason the scale is down a pound and a half... Not sure if I'm dehydrated and looking at what I've eaten the past few days I may not be eating enough - some of the ravenous hunger has passed. But sometimes my scale does some wild bounces... So today my mission is to drink lots and eat healthy.

Sara my weight bounced so much the first trimester. Up one pound, next day up another pound, next day down a pound, next day down another pound. It was bizarre. One of the hazards of owning a tanita. On those other scales you can just jiggle things a bit and tell yourself you haven't really gained anything!

Where is everyone on the weekends? That's when I have time to post and no one is ever here. During the week I log in and there are 50 posts a day from you guys but on the weekends no one can chat!

Hey ladies! I'm never here on the weekends, but tonight DH is at the Avalanche game, so here I am.
I had a very lazy day, enjoying it. Tomorrow I have a dresser to assemble and baby clothes to wash.......EEK!

Here's a quick pic of my DD, and her little brother she can't wait to hug!

Happy Saturday/Sunday

Hows it goin? Busy busy weekend for me. Yesterday I was SOOOO hungry all day, and today everything I look at makes me feel nauseated. I'm not hungry at all, but I know if I don't eat at regular intervals I feel sick. It does seem inevitable that I'll puke in the morning, but if I eat frequently I seem to do somewhat better some days.

So kinda a yuck questions for some of you pregnancy vets that have done this before and are further along... what have you done about this stinking constipation? I don't think I've ever been constipated in my life. My abdomen is hard as a rock (and its deffinately not muscle

) I try to eat real fiberous foods when I can stomach them (fruit doesn't seem to be too acceptable to my tummy right now) and I drink tons of water every day... if you have any ideas, send them my way please!

Well.. off to bed for me, I've been dragging all night. Have an excellent weekend, because it will be gone before you know it!

Can you stomach the metamucil wafers? I can do those, and when I was having problems they helped me out. I'd suppose regular metamucil would be okay, too, since it's the same stuff that's in the wafers - but I'd double check with a doctor just to be sure!

I think Sinnrah said that Milk of Magnesia is okay periodically, so that might work as well!!

Last time I was pregnant I was slightly anemic so they put me on iron supplements....they made me SOOOOO constipated and I never really found relief. Ugh!

It's the last week of my 3rd month, yay!!! I was reading the pregnancy week-by-week update that I get via e-mail, and the baby is nearly 3 inches long...woooohooooo we're really growing in there! LOL!

We went to a wedding last night so of course I took advantage of being dressed up to take my 12 week pictures...

!! I look sort of weird in them if you ask me, but they'll have to do, haha!
