Tom question for women only please...

My Tom brings with it horrible cramps and sleepiness w/headaches and of course cravings. I take Atkins basice 3, essential oils, dieters advantage, mag/cal. Is there any extra I should take before TOM comes in 2 weeks?

I love aleve! it has always helped me get rid of any pain, esp. during my TOM (Thanks, by the way because now I know what TOM means)...I am having mine right now as a matter of fact! Take 2 aleve and that should help you out. Other than that you'll probably just feel blah

I have never tried it but used to work at a vitamin world and a lot of people bought this:

"Dong Quai, one of the most important of the Chinese tonic herbs, is used as a nourishing blood tonic and to regulate the menstrual cycle. Dong Quai has been used for centuries by Asian healers to balance female hormones and to prevent the troublesome symptoms of menopause and PMS. Clinical research has indicated that Don Quai also contains antispasmodic compounds that aid in relaxing muscle tissue, explaining its effectiveness in treating menstrual cramps."
