She has had to stop taking the pill due to it saying somewhere in the book it can affect weight loss

Also hayfever tablets can as well

Anyone got any thoughts?

Did she try a low carb eating plan before going off the pill? I'm on the pill and I'm losing doing Atkins.

no, it said that in the book, so i just said come off the pill then.

dont need it anyway
