I am wondering if we can not make this a monthly thread? It's just that there are only 4 or 5 Mondays in a month vs. the "everyday" thread... and not everyone will go looking for the new thread. In fact I am thinking of merging the original with the two newer ones unless someone likes them to be monthly for some reason? Thoughts?

I think I forgot to account yesterday.

155. I'm down a pound and change. Down MANY pounds from my post half water retention weight too. Basically I'm hovering around the top of my buffer zone.

157.5. I was down over the weekend, but popped up again
Still in my safe zone but I wanted to be 156 today. Still maintaining in an acceptable range.

How Come I Didn't see this thread this morning? It disappeared on me seriously Well any way I am 152 this morning considering all that I have been threw this last week that is great.

Now I really need to get on with this though, I mean REALLY this is the same neck of the woods I have been in since the beginning of the year. If it is to be ,it is up to me!!

I totally forgot this morning... I will weigh tomorrow and post it - better late than never. I do know that the more I eat the more I want to eat and the hungrier I become. I am really closing in on my initial goal with this so I have to stay focused. I slipped some this weekend and I have to get back in the groove of things.

I was 193.5 this morning. Disappointing, but all I can do is work at it. I really didn't want to weigh, but I did, and you know, really it is helpful. I remember it whenever I go to take an extra bite, etc... I'm weighing again Friday morning to keep me on-plan over the weekend. NO EASTER CANDY!!!

158.5 Wine plus ham equals water retention. Not sure when I will let go of the water because I will be eating leftover ham for awhile. Todays lunch is ham and green beans, dinner will be ham and carrots. I'll keep up with my fluids and we'll see how it goes.

I have a cold so not very active this weekend. But my eating was pretty on track. I need to be really clean with my eating over the next 4 weeks, as I have a performance coming up (May 16th)

Last Monday in April. Weight is 156.5 Well within my safe range of 155 -158.

Wooooooo! I am 189.9 today!!! Out of the 190's (barely, but I will take it!), and I'm back to having lost 200 pounds again!!! I'm being extra careful to see 188.9 next Monday!!
