Monday Accountability ~ March 2014

We started the Monday Accountability Thread in February, Let's keep it going in March

Tomorrow (Monday) post whatever statistic you would like to in order to hold yourself accountable; could be your actual weight, could be # up or down from last week, could be a goal (weight, water, foods, excersize, etc) you want to achieve this week and you can check in next week to post how it's going ....

This morning still at 158. No gain no loss from last week. Still within my safe zone, but at the high end. Goal = 157 or less by next Monday.

4/10/2014 ~ 156 In my safetly range of 155 - 158. Goal for this week is to consistently do my PT exercises so I can begin walking long distances again.

Hi Jesse!!!
I was 196.9 this morning - up a pound... I did have some things I don't usually yesterday (a mixed drink, a dinner roll, and part of a tortilla with some breaded, fried fish). I was out to eat with a friend... I am constantly running to the bathroom today, so I'm thinking its water. I'll weigh again in the morning after careful eating today and a 2 - 3 mile walk/jog tonight.

My goal for next Monday? 193.9 I CAN do this!!!

I was up from my Sunday weight too, on Sunday morning I was 155. Next week's weigh in should be good though because of have a colonoscopy scheduled Monday morning. If I do the prep correctly I'll have to be down,right? ��

Was three pounds up this morning. From yesterday. Seriously. Something didn't agree with me from dinner last night (I made roasted cabbage "steaks", steamed squash (in foil in the oven) and hubby grilled chicken (I only ate cabbage and squash...) because I had upset tummy episodes today (tmi y'all). Still a pound up with yesterday but I'm sure it's my body's way of freaking out over what's happening to it. I was teaching all day so didn't get to push the water that I wanted. Probably got about 20 ounces and it's 4pm.

Color Up 5k. Went to do this with a friend. It was her first. Super proud of her!!!

Get your screenings people!

I've dragged my heels for 2 years about scheduling a colonoscopy. No symptoms no history in my family. Had one today and they removed 2 polpys. Nothing may have ever come of them, but then again, something could have. Glad I went, and if you were smarter than me and did your screening on time then but if you are a heel dragger like me, get in there!

No change. Same stats. Same weight. Same everything. At 4 years no change is good. Status quo is good. Just clean eating, working out (when I can!) and no gimmicks works for me.

193.6!! That's 15.2 pounds! I'm eating super carefully and exercising at least 5x/wk... I will do what I need to do!!

My "accidental" sugar intake (I'm still set on it being unintentional just because) has really thrown me for a loop. My blood sugars have been cycling like crazy, multiple hypoglycemic episodes. My weight WAS 10lbs up. Now it's back to 7 up but it's been up and down like that for the past few days.

Ready for "normalization".

Did I mention I had a headache for 3 days now? The chiro today did lovely things to try to help with it. It worked as it's LESS intense.

Water water water. It's all good. Disappointing as it is we both know it's retention and it'll come off. Mine was 10 in a matter of two or so days, slowly coming off.

It might help if I actually drank more water... sigh.

Last Monday in March and I have no accountability because I'm on vacation away from my scale Not really, I'm still trying to be reasonable. For example I split a crabcake eggs Benedict with my daughter, gave her all the potatoes and took the English muffin off mine. Left with delectable crabcake,poached egg and heavenly hollandaise sauce. So, I'm hoping my next Monday weigh in is still within my safe range.

Up 6 pounds to 155. I'm okay with that. I'm MEGA sore from my Half and rehydrating like mad. It'll come off when I clear the water and sodium. I put myself through 3 hours saturday. It burned about 1300 calories so I'm sure everything is super PO'd right now.

Wow. A 1300 calorie burn in 3 hours.

I ate it all back by end of day lol. Google "runger" or "rungry". First time I've EVER been truly hungry in 4 years!

I was 192.1 this morning. Almost to 191... I went for a 2 mile run tonight and have been eating very carefully to try to coax the scale down a tad tomorrow! I know it isn't a race, but I would just like to be to (and under) 189 ASAP. Then I can finally say I've lost 200 pounds again.

Jesse - The crab cake breakfast has my mouth watering! Love a good crab cake!

Heather - Drink up, girl! Even a short run has me really sweating. I ran the 2 miles tonight in 25 minutes and change. That's kinda fast for me! I still have to read that running book I got...I bet I can get even faster...like YOU!

May 1st goal: Lose 6 pounds. That'd put me at 186. I better bump those 2 mile runs up to 3 and 4 mile runs!
