I'm a HUGE fan of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold (and Natural as well). I've been drinking them daily for 5 years and still love them.

I do coffee protein shakes to nail two birds with one stone. I mix about 3-4 oz of coffee concentrate, a few ice cubes, water, heavy cream and two scoops of protein and shake it all up in my shaker bottle. It's amazing and tastes fantastic. I do this within 30 minutes of waking and that helps build the foundation for my day.

I usually use the vanilla or double-chocolate flavor. I'm boring like that.

Matrix Mint Cookie #1 the BEST!!!

Matrix chocolate, and Isopure chocolate are runners up. Isopure vanilla is good by itself, but I almost always add frozen blueberries or strawberries, or sometimes a frozen banana and some peanut butter. Delish!

I am going to try the peanut butter cookie one that had rave reviews. I ordered it in my last netrition order. I think it's called Protizyme ?

Oh, and I second the Matrix Mint Cookie! Though I DO wish it were a bit lower in carbs (because I like to use two scoops! )

I'm pretty easy to please I guess. I like all the Click's I've tried, even decaf. I like the walmart cheapo one too. My fav though and I have one a day is a rtd premiere protein shake that is 30 grams of protein. That's my daily breakfast although I'm thinking now with summer I should use up all my sample of fruit flavors soon.

I'm on the fence about this one. It's good, but it's not blow me away good. I CERTAINLY wouldn't pay retail ($79) for it but if it came up for less, and it'd have to be A LOT less like my Mint Cookie, I might consider ordering it again. It just doesn't grab me much.

I bought powdered PB from the big A store and use it to make my choc shakes pb flavored---it's really good and not too expensive. Although I don't use it very often---I think it does have some sugar in it.

I get PB2 from Walmart. The chocolate has 3g sugar, the plain is 1g. Both have added sugar but more so the chocolate.

I think it's worth it even with the sugar. It's delicious.

Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate. I get a big bag of choc and vanilla and smaller sample bags of banana. It's high in protein and no sugar.

oh, doh!

I forgot to say (and I hate editing posts lol) that here is how I make my shakes:

I put copious amounts of ice in the blender then top it with my poweder. Then some coffee (warm is okay, I use cold). And I put in some Splenda.

Then liquefy it until it's slushy. If it gets too think, just add more coffee. I use chocolate or vanilla for this. Sometimes even the no sugar Carnation. But that's 5 times lower in protein.
