Haha! I can see that! I did Week 1 day 1 last night, which was just the "Fit Test". You do 8 different exercises for a minute each, with a minute rest between them and you record how many reps you do of each one. You do that every 2 weeks it looks like to gauge your progress. WOW! Lol I was sucking wind! But, it's something I can work toward. Results I've seen are actually pretty amazing when you keep it up. I don't know if I'll do the shakeology that they want you to get... I just can't see spending $150+ for a 30 day supply of one meal replacement shake a day.

That's my concern, but last night I shut the bedroom door and just did it. My son was playing x-box and my husband was checking on his dad (he shot himself in the hand last week while cleaning his gun - he's a court bailiff - and had to have surgery!). I was left pretty much alone except my husband came in during the last 5 minutes of cooldown/stretching. I was wiped lol!

He said he wanted to try it so I said go for it. He said not now.

He's quite overweight and probably needs to lose about 60 pounds himself, and I know it probably bothers him to see me so active sometimes and gone to work out a lot. He always easily loses when he just puts his mind to it. It always made me so jealous lol!

I've heard a lot of good things about that P90X. I'm sooo curious!! I'll be watching for your posts about it. If you like it, maybe I'll try it =)

Down 3lbs today. Yay! it's day 9 Induction and so far 5lbs total lost.

My husband is very upset that he gained. He was doing really well, then ate 2 pieces of pizza last night. I told him to try just eating the toppings but he thought he would be ok eating the crust too. He gained. So now he's down 2lbs in 9 days and I'm down 5lbs. Woohoo, go Atkins Induction!! =)

I'm also a WLS patient and started induction on 3/25. We should buddy up!
