FOOD FOR 1/31/11:
1 coffee w/1.5 scoop of pp and half/half

That is all I've had so far since I feel like I've been slacking too much lately. I am getting careless and getting way too comfortable with eating foods that might not be the healthiest. I should be putting PROTEIN first and I am not. I know that because of my smaller stomach my portions are limited (and I am thankful for that) but that is no excuse. I still SHOULD BE selecting healthier options.

I am grateful for my weight loss so far. I've NEVER lost this much weight, EVER, or this quickly. I was lucky to have lost 10 pounds a year before (and that was WITH dieting) so to have lost 130 pounds in a few months is mind blowing. I will never down play how awesome that is. I do think that I should be making more progress though and I think that I am not because of my actions. My body is very sensitive. It goes up fast if I don't eat the right foods, I retain a ton of water easily, and if I don't take my medication my losses stall all together.

I need to get with it already. I talk, and talk, and talk about it and then start the process, but somewhere mid-way I do a 180 and start all over again. I am annoying myself.

Plateau

Hi Everyone! I'm new to the message boards. I had my VSG on 6/9/10. My highest weight ever was 242 in 1/2009. When I started the process for the VSG I was 229. Day of surgery I was 201. As of today, I am down to 144, but a few days ago I was 141. UGH!!! I want to see the 130's SO bad!!! Anyway, I have scheduled my tummy tuck for 4/5/11 and would really love to lose at least 10 pounds before then, but feel like I have plateaud! Do you recommend doing the shakes for awhile to kick start my weight loss?
