Hi,
I have been gone a long time, recently had lapband surgery 10/16 and need to get back into a support circle.

Hi Heidi. I'd say your thread title describes me perfectly! I am about six months out from WLS, but am still working on my food choices that will take my weight loss to goal. Glad we can be here to support each other!

On day three of induction...feel much better today. I felt BAD yesterday...all shaky and kind of nauseated. I haven't lost anything yet, which is irritating...but I'm just starting that TOM so I'm sure that's why. I'm hoping this weekend I'll get a visit from the Whoosh fairy!
