I've lost my flippin' mind!

'Cause, I did Day 1 of Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred workout today! I can barely lift my arms to type this!

I've entered my menu on Daily Plate.
I'm working on my 1st 32oz. of water for the day.

Getting back on track...FINALLY!

I've done 3 days of the Shred...and I'm down 3 lbs. I was so tired after yesterday's workout that I took a nap! But I'm feeling stronger every day.

I did a boot camp class this summer that kicked my a$$, but I loved it! I should look into that Jillian workout...I LOVE the Biggest Loser so I would probably like it. Let us know your progress as each day passes!

Ugh, I hear you on the getting back on the exercise track. I started Capoeira lessons on Monday, and was shaking about 30 minutes into it. Then on Tuesday we got up at 6 and started Stage 3 of the New Rules of Lifting for Women (a heavy lifting program) and today I can hardly walk. More Capoeira this afternoon though - I'm determined, now that I'm really at an ok weight and can be happy here or 10lbs lighter, to LOOK leaner by building muscle rather than worrying about the scale anymore! I got below my lowest weight post op weight, met and surpassed that goal...would be great if I could get to 148 but I'm not sweating 4lbs, PLUS...if I can look FIT then that's all that really matters!

How goes the shred??

So I thought I might go for a run this morning...but only after day ONE of Atkin's induction I woke up in major carb withdrawal! I am shaky, woozy, even a little nauseated. Blech. Sucks to be at work (and I'm a music teacher...so I have to put out a lot of energy!) today...wanna go back to bed!!!!!

I blew off working out for 4 days ... but, I did day 6 of Shred this morning.

Feels good to be sore and tired again.

Hey at least you're back at it! I plan to do a run called the "Turkey Trot" on Thanksgiving morning...4 mile run. Better get in a run tonight!
