I'm having FAGE 0% greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder and some Hershey's sugar free cocoa powder and splenda. Love it! Lots of protein to start the day.

I buy my FAGE at Fresh Market in Knoxville. Google it and see if they sell in your area. I would think in healthy Colorado, they would sell it in lots of places.

I buy out the whole shelf when I go there.. at least of the size in 35.3 oz. tubs. It doesn't expire for several weeks and I eat it EVERY day... more than once a day. You can do a lot of different flavorings in it. Anything sweet of course, but also can put in some ranch dressing powder and use it to dip veggies, etc. Possibilities are endless. Also throw it in a protein drink to thicken it up and add more protein.

The 0% is a one cup serving and has 120 calories, 0 Fat, 9 carbs and 20 GRAMS OF PROTEIN! It is thick like sour cream and kinda tart.

I had tea with cream. A liter of it. Then around 11 I had 3 thick slices of bacon from the pork factory up the street. Now it's 3...still not hungry...should have a shake though!
