Welcome Trish!!! You sound like me, my body LOVES the 220 mark.I just want to be under 200...

My Dr's WLS plan was VEGETARIAN. So you can imagine the carbs on it!! Being extremely anemic already my PCP didn't recommend I follow his way of eating...Life is a journey.

You didn't use all CO did you? How much CO did you use? I like 1 or 2 tsp of butter and 1/2 tsp or less of CO...everyone has to find their favorite balance spot, as I have read...sorry your first one was sickening..

One doesn't even need the CO, I just use it for the benefits.

Thanks to all for the welcome!

Glam~What is JUDDD? It took me so long to break 200 after my surgery that I can't believe I let myself get back over that mark. I just love your picture - you look like you are up to no good.

Dovelette~I looked up the 5 day pouch test and it sounds like a great start. Thank you very much for all of the advice, it sounds like exactly what I need and I am motivated to do it so that makes all the difference. I have my labs done annually - no problems at all. I am able to get full quickly when I eat what I should - it's the sugary processed junk that gets me.
