![]() Welcome Trish!!! You sound like me, my body LOVES the 220 mark. I just want to be under 200...My Dr's WLS plan was VEGETARIAN. So you can imagine the carbs on it!! Being extremely anemic already my PCP didn't recommend I follow his way of eating...Life is a journey. |

Glam~What is JUDDD? It took me so long to break 200 after my surgery that I can't believe I let myself get back over that mark. I just love your picture - you look like you are up to no good. ![]() Dovelette~I looked up the 5 day pouch test and it sounds like a great start. Thank you very much for all of the advice, it sounds like exactly what I need and I am motivated to do it so that makes all the difference. I have my labs done annually - no problems at all. I am able to get full quickly when I eat what I should - it's the sugary processed junk that gets me.
