Hummingbird's Journal

Today I weigh the most I ever have in my life!

I'm going to start induction (no more than 20 grams of carbs) and getting to the Gym daily for cardio and sauna with light weights.

I'll post my meals along with my exercise accomplishments along with daily weigh-ins. I hope to start seeing the scale move in the right direction.

My goal is to be at my goal weight by the end of August.

I can do this!

I have been low carbing all day. Made it to the gym to get in the steamer and sauna. Not bad for a Monday

Blew it Monday night and all day Tuesday. I had a little bit too much to drink and then went on a carb fest .

Today, I have had about 20 peanuts and an EAS Shake. I plan to eat a Low Carb Burger from Hardees as my main meal today and no cheating. So Today 8/6 will be Day #1 of Induction.

I also plan to make it to the gym today. DH is off from work again today, not sure if I will feel up to it.

I made it to the Gym and got in the steamer and sauna but only for about 15 minutes. Called a friend to pray with me about my dog and had to come back home. I only had 20 grams of carbs all day then had a little drink and ate a few vanilla wafers and some other carbs right before bed . I did still manage to lose 2.8 pounds, though not a clean Day #1 Induction.

Today is a new day!

Had a better day yesterday. Spent 1 hour at the Gym and kept my carb count down (22 grams). Got the scale to move down 3 more pounds thanks to it.
