Way too much time on my hands!

Just for Today - Every Day is Day 1 for Me

Every day I start again. I am not going to look at the "big picture." I will take this one day at a time, baby steps, to getting healthy. I am going to focus on just for today, each day.

Sunday, July 5th - 163
Breakfast or Lunch - none, got busy outside then was too hot to eat anything so I ate an early dinner at 3.
Dinner - ny strip steak, green beans amde with mushrooms, small potato with squeeze butter

Exercise was mowing the yard, my HRM said 863 calories burned.
