Bigmama99's journey to losing 7st with JUDDD

Hi.
I'm hoping this is the correct place to start my diary. If not please let me know
I'm following juddd and I'm starting my 2nd week.
My weekly weigh-in is on a Saturday morning and I will log what I'm eating and my progress here. (If this is the correct place to do it)

I've taken some pics of what I look like today weighing in at 243lbs but not sure how I upload them so that I can track my weight as well as what I look like in pics.

I've been on every diet u can think of in the past and I do well for a week or two but then get bored... I have a good feeling about this diet and I have the support of my wonderful husband who is doing the diet with me..
Fingers crossed this will be the diet that works for us.

I'm going to do dd on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Last week when I lost 5lbs I just ate normally on my up days and I deliberately didn't eat 'diet' food as I wanted to see if it was this WOE that actually works and not just because I was eating healthier ! .. I'm very positive about this WOE now as last week I ate KFC and Chinese and still lost 5lbs.

TUESDAY =UP DAY. WEIGHT 241lbs
Not feeling very well.. woke in the night with bad stomach cramps and feel sick. Dont feel like eating anything yet. My stomach is really bloated... will log later what I eat..

Thanks I hope too feel better soon... It's 2pm now and I still haven't eaten anything yet... This is supposed to be a 'up day'... I'm not sure whether it is ok to have 2 down days in a row if I don't feel like eating today ?

Well I did manage to eat today and have really just snacked on things... I felt like I hadn't eaten much but when I put it it all into my food tracker I've actually had 1148 calories.... On my up days I'm supposed to eat 2200 calories .... So not quite an up or down day...

My stomach still feels tender and hurts more when I eat so going to listen to my body and only eat if I'm actually hungry..

My stomach is feeling a bit better today and I'm not getting the pain anymore but still feel a bit sickly. Today's dd hopefully won't be to bad.
My menu today will be...
Breakfast
Black coffee

Lunch @ 1pm
Meal replacement meal = 170 cals

Snack @ 4pm
Meal replacement meal = 140 cals

Dinner
Meal replacement meal = 170 cals

Total = 480 cals

Thursday 18th July. Up day. Weight 239.5

Today is an up day and I'm going to eat eat eat.. I've not felt well for the last few days but feel good today.. I'm try to not eat until about 1pm so that my fast is a little longer.. so my plan today is....

Breakfast
Black coffee

Dinner
Hearty soup & sandwich

Tea
Indian takeaway.
Possible glass of white wine depending how I feel.

I will probably eat about 2500 calories today...

It's weird I know I can eat what I want today but whether I want to is another matter especially around the Indian takeaway And whether I eat as much as I normally do.. . Will see how the day goes...

Well I pigged out yesterday eating 2500 calories.. But I enjoyed the feeling of having no guilt or feeling that id sabotaged my diet.. I really love this diet and it has to be the easiest diet I've ever done.
Menu today.

Breakfast
Black coffee

Lunch @ 1pm
Replacement meal = 140 calories

Snack @ 5pm
Raspberry shake = 130 calories
4 x Seafood sticks = 60 calories

Dinner @ 8pm
Replacement meal = 170 calories

doh !!! got my dates wrong.. today is friday 20th june...

Feeling good today... although I did weigh myself this morning and I was 2lb heavier than yesterday it didnt freak me out as I know tomorrow it will be off again... roll on tomorrow xxx

My menu hasn't worked out as I expected.. I've not eaten anything all day as I wasn't hungry... But I've just finished a big steak with a big rocket salad.... Gorgeous !!

**** WEEK 2 - WEIGH IN DAY **** total loss 8.5lbs

Today my weight is 17st 2.5lbs (240.5lbs)

Start weight = 17st 11lbs
Week 1= 17st 6lbs - 5lbs
Week 2 = 17st 2.5lbs - 3.5lbs

Im am so happy with the rate im losing weight just hope it continues for the rest of the time x

Yey.. its the weekend and im having a girlie day out with my friends so will be going for lunch and will have wine.
im having my nails done as well so bit of a treat for me to have some time to myself without the kids and just think about me for a change.

Not sure what I will pick at the restaurant but I will pick whatever I fancy and not what normal diets tell me i should be eating haha !

Depending on how much wine I have will decide whether I eat any dinner.

Sunday 22nd June. MD. weight 239.5lbs

Yesterday had a fab time out with the girls. We ended up having a sharing platter of ribs/chicken/sausage/chips between 4of us.. Gorgeous... Then we had a posh burger & chips... Followed by 4 bottles of white wine. Then at home later that evening I had some chicken & rice... The amount I ate yesterday I was dreading getting on the scales but they have stayed the same... Maybe I'm dehydrated from the alcohol Today is a MD. As I want tomorrow to be my DD but I don't want to allow myself to go mad after yesterday.. So I will stick to around 1200 calories today I think and just see how it goes. My mindset is definitely changing and I'm thinking of a salad and fruit which is mad when I have chocolate and crisps and biscuits in the cupboard that I could eat today if I wanted.. Got to love this diet
Will add later what I'm eating cos at the moment I have no idea.

Just walked for 3miles with the kids in the sunshine and had my pedometer on and did 5000 steps.

Breakfast
3 cookies. (Naughty I know)

Lunch
Bacon and tomatoes on 1slice of toast

Dinner
Not sure yet.. But Taking the kids to the park so that will be more walking and we usually have a KFC afterwards... Will probably have a Chicken Caesar salad for 350 cals.... It's not that I think I have to have a salad but I enjoy a Caesar salad anyway.

I'm enjoying my MD day so far..

Well the trip to KFC didn't go as planned and I ended up eating chicken & fries... With a chocolate sundae.... So its definitely an UD today... Total calories around 2200 but I have done loads of walking so don't feel bad... Will not eat now till 1pm tomorrow now.

Monday 23rd June. DD today... Weight 17st 4lbs

Doing well so far today.. It 5:30pm now and all I've eaten so far is a cuppa soup. Having a chicken chowmein ready meal for 345cals and I have some berries for later. Going swimming for 1/2hr as well tonight.
Feel good... I've gotten the odd wave of hunger but it passes with a coffee or a drink of water......
