Thanks... I have a long way to go and I love exercising and always have. I've had 3c-sections and then last year I contracted a serious infection (flesh eating bug) in my stomach which left me with a massive hole in my stomach which had to heal itself... I don't have very strong stomach muscles at the moment (hardly any) and my aim is to lose the weight and get stronger.

thankyou... ive always weighed a lot all my life... I never tell anyone how much I weigh.. I told my husband the other week for the 1st time and he couldnt believe it either as he said I dont look that heavy... when ive been to nurse in the past as well theyve said "were do you keep that weight"... I must have a lot of muscle in my body but also have a lot of "fat" around my middle.. according to all the charts my ideal weight should be between 140-164lbs... so thats about 80-100lbs loss to get to a healthy weight. So I reckon I will stick with juddd to get that weight off.

Average weight loss = 1.1lb per week.

Start weight (slimming world) 09/13 till 01/14 = 263.5 - lost 22lbs
Start weight (juddd) 06/14= 249.5
My calorie goals are ... UD = 2533. DD = 507
Week 1-6 = total loss 7lbs
14/7 - 244.8 - DD. Calories eaten = 491 Exercise done = 443
15/7 - 243.2 - UD. Calories eaten = 2530 Exercise done = 143
16/7 - 243.8 - DD. Calories eaten = 491 Exercise done = 423
17/7 - 242.8 - UD. Calories eaten = 2480Exercise done = 243
18/7 - 241.8 - DD. Calories eaten = 501 Exercise done = 428
19/7 - 242.6 - UD. Calories eaten = Exercise done =

So a gain after an DD... im not freaking out about it cos I know my weight is going to go up and down in the next 2 weeks with no reason as the same thing happened last month, but Im more mentally prepared this time to not let it sabotage my efforts to lose this weight.
Im out with my friends for lunch today so there will be wine drunk & lots of food today..I will try to stick as near to my UD calorie allowance but we'll see 😈😈😈😈as might go over today

It does feel good... I didn't actually realise how big I was at that time until I saw those pics again. It's amazing what a difference just losing 21lbs has done already.... I will aim to post another pic when the next 21lbs is gone xx

Oh yes, the difference is really significant. I think you must carry a lot of muscle, and how great is that? In the end, and all along the journey there, you will be able to look fantastic and burn so many more calories (and eat more) at a higher weight, looking smokin' hot!

Claire-big difference indeed in the pics. Muscles are great as they help us look more toned and burn the calories for us (even at rest), so important to have them for many reasons.
I am glad you are not sweating the small jump on the scale. You are down by 2 lb for the week and that's all it matters.

Hi everyone... Thank you for your nice comments... I started exercising last year in sept 13 but then stopped in January 14.. but I have been exercising since May again and Stepped it up in the past couple of week.. But I can really see the difference as I feel better in myself..... I have a long long long way to go to reach my goal but all your support is appreciated.

I've had a lovely UD today catching up with my friends and having some 'me' time. I've ended on 2341 calories today so I'm still within my target. I haven't done any official exercise today but Im aiming to go to a 9am kettlebell class in the morning.

Kettlebell class done... Tick... I really enjoyed it and feel I'm getter stronger all the time.. With the swimming and kettlebell exercise I'm doing I can feel my upper body strength improving every time I do a class. I'm upping my kettlebell exercise class to twice a week now so will be doing it on a sun & wed. I will Probably also go out walking for an hour l this afternoon with the kids if the weather stays nice. The exercise takes my mind of that it Is a DD and helps me get through the day successfully. I'm still going to only eating 2 replacement meal bars & 1 cup-a-soup on my DD's this week as it keeps me in control and the 'choice' is removed cos I know once I start eating on a DD I can't stop.

Well My sunday hasn't turned out quite like I wanted today as I've been hungry and has become more like a 45% DD instead of the usual 20%.... Well that's how I'm going to think of it anyway lol... But still not bad for a weekend as I would normally eat a lot more... So Ive eaten 1200 calories already today and hopefully that will be it for me today. I've also stuck to a eating window of 12pm till 7pm today. Hopefully the scales will be kind tomorrow.

I checked back in my journal and 9days before my TOM last month I started getting really hungry and weight gain....And today it's 9days until my TOM again... So looks like this might be normal for me and I'm going to see my weight go up & down quite a bit for the next 2weeks but I'm determined to keep it under control as much as I can this month as I know it's what happens to me and not cause I have no control.
