gonna mow my yard

i'll check the time before i start and see how long i last....goal is 30 minutes or until job is finished...got off the scales this mornin at 269.5....it's perfect time to mow here in crab orchard,ky....about 70 degrees..

mowin the yard knocked off 1 pound of lard from the old fat man...down to 268.5......................had eggs, cucumbers,and coffee for breakfast....i've gone from 4x t shirt to 3x in about 2 months...would like to get down to 250 by the end of summer..

down to 266 this mornin..not eatin anything but eggs,cucumbers,green beans,lettuce,tuna,chicken,and coffe with whole cream and a spoon of stevia from the bag,not the individual packets...i can tell i'm in ketosis because of the metallic taste in my mouth..been busy remodeling a room in home so gettin enough exercise..need to mow front of yard and out by mailbox shortly...YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEHA!

264.5 today..might do some mowin in front yard...years ago i got rid of some lard by exercise and it was very slow..i ate pretty clean but ate all the fruit i wanted,which was 5 or 6 times a day..i realize now that the sugar in the fruit was what made it so difficult..i'd like to get to 250 by 1st nov and at this rate i will..thats 4 months to drop 15 pounds..for the last 8 or 9 days the scale has been goin down about half a pound per day...GIDDYUP COWBOY!

263 today...ate a box of chicken livers from kfc and they must have been coated with sugar and flower..made me about half sick but wanted somethin different for a change...should have just got a salad at mcdonalds but i was starvin..need to buy some livers and or gizzards and cook em up myself.. have averaged droppin half pound of lardage 13 days in a row..

down to 260.5 today..been on a hamburger,cucumbers,lettuce and cheese salad type of thing last couple days. guess it's workin..my goal of 250 this summer is well within reach..

i couldnt be happier today..down to 259 this mornin....yesterday when i was at krogers shoppin for cabbage and cucumbers i spied some peaches that looked really really tasty but i didnt buy any..i just thought about how much it'll mean to me when i'm not obese any more and i lost my craving for the fructose..i have'nt been in the 250's in years...i've got july,aug,sep,oct,to get rid of 9 pounds of lardage so i'll make goal..annnd my long term goal of 199 now seems more doable...i keep thinkin in my mind that 250 and i'll be halfway home...i can smell it just like i could them peaches!!!

back to 259...doin repair work around this old house today...tomorrow i'll be clean and sober 20 years thanks to aa....they taught me how to live sober...

scale says 258.5 today..hadnt dropped any in a few days and that inspired me go buy new pair of new balance..i might even do a little walkin...

when i woke up i felt like i had lost weight,and i had..down to 256.5 this am..really would like to walk more but i need to finish workin on my yard...one thing i'm findin out is what i eat, is a lot more important than exercise (for fat loss.).

258.5 today..gained 2 pounds of lard last night!!....did you ever try to rake up an old coal pile/..thats what i'm doin right now..some really good exercise but i have to take many breaks..carryin these 5 gallon buckets of coal brings back memories of my childhood..

dropped another pound of lardage last night..now at 255.5..havent started walkin yet but still doin work in yard and feel like i'm gettin some pretty good exercise..if it's too wet today i'll go walk for a bit.
