WOE: moderate low carb; healthy food choices

Finding My Weight

Without much fanfare or back story, I am starting a journal. I need a place to keep track of what I'm doing.

My WOE is avoiding processed foods, eating moderately low carb.

Start weight: 5/27/2014: 198.6
Current weight: 6/6/2014: 191.4

Yesterday, I ate:

pre-breakfast: 2c. tulsi tea with stevia and cream

breakfast: thinly sliced potato fried in butter, 1 scrambled egg, some ground deer meat, and a little shredded cheese

lunch: smoothie (coconut milk, dash of whipped cream, frozen mango/pineapple blend, spinach, stevia)

snack: babybel cheese round

dinner: apple, some almonds, and then later, I ate the cheese and pepperoni off a couple of pizza slices
